We stayed 3 days in the apartment Caux. The location is good. In the apartment you will find a very useful info guide, made by the owners with good tips for restaurants, beaches, days out, gay life etc. Both owners do their best to make you feel at home and can help to make reservations. The pool is great. The house is in very good shape, nice details and with excellent shower. If we are again in this region, we will fore sure come back!

One week at cinq et sept just isn't enough.
Great Guesthouse! Friendly, sincere and helpful hosts.
Relaxing atmosphere and wonderful surroundings.
The hosts offer great ideas for daytrips, restaurants and more, but a relaxing day at the pool is also very nice.

Hope to be back (very) soon.

We enjoyed Cinq et Sept, the village of Roujan and the beautiful region of Languedoc as much this summer as we did last year... even more i think! This year we spent a memorable 10 nights at Cinq et Sept, and bought our best friends along who were equally impressed (see review by 'johnfbobrien'). All four of us intend to spend our main holiday here again next year.

And why wouldn't we...

... the accomodation really is of '5 star' quality. The gardens are maturing beautifully too.
... the region has so much to offer all visitors. This year we visited Lake Salagou, Lodeve, Nimes, Pont du Gard, Aigues-Mortes, Cirque du Navacelles and Montpellier but there are still many more brilliant places to visit.
... after a wet summer in the UK so far, the cloudless blue skies and comfortably warm temperatures were the perfect tonic.

And Greg and Alex are still the perfect hosts. Such lovely guys. I honestly believe they make Cinq et Sept as special as it is.

Thinking of booking a stay here? Honestly, don't waste any more time thinking, just book! And please make sure you book long enough - we met several couples who were only staying a few nights, and wished they'd booked much longer!! Its that sort of place...

Room Tip: We can't... they're all amazing!

We visited Cinq & Sept for 10 nights following a friend's recommendation and loved it so much that we have already decided to return next summer. The owners, Greg and Alex, have lovingly created an idyll of just six apartments set within the beautiful house and grounds of a grand old property in Roujan.

We stayed in the Caux suite which overlooks the garden and is flooded with light and very comfortably furnished. The suite offers all you need, air conditioning, a comfortable bed, plenty of space, sofas, TV, kitchen facilities should you wish to self cater and a modern bathroom with a large shower. Extra touches such as a coffee machine and the quality of sheets and towels are a prime example of the thought that the owners have put into the accommodation.

The gardens and swimming pool are well maintained and once you have settled into lounging around the pool, chatting to other guests or quietly relaxing, it becomes difficult to leave and explore the many towns, beaches and lakes that are all within easy reach of Roujan. There are enough sun loungers for all guests and lots of space/outdoor rooms for relaxing & alfresco dining. The summer kitchen near the pool provides a constant supply of drinks and snacks and is another nice touch.

Alex and Greg are superb hosts and offer plenty of suggestions for days out and dining. They organised a drinks evening for guests which was lovely and created a warm atmosphere. We also went canoeing with them and also to a memorable beach party. One can be a sociable or as retiring as one likes at Cinq & Sept and the space, ambience and warm hospitality create the environment for a perfect holiday.

We spent three nights here on a tour through southern France - we wished we had stayed longer. The rooms are first class - a really comfortable bed, fantastic bathrooms with a great shower, and beautiful furniture. Great air conditioning too and the room was nice and quiet for those long lie ins that we needed!
The rest of the hotel was perfect - it has been refurbished to a very high standard indeed, and the garden / pool area is ideal for relaxing in and soaking up the sun.
There are only a handful of rooms so there is an exclusive feel about the place!
The owners, Alex and Greg, are great - they are really helpful and organised drinks one evening with the other guests. They also produce a first class guide manual in your room with some great ideas for restaurants / beaches / trips etc.
We thought it was great value too. We will be back - I can't recommend this place highly enough and will tell all my friends to go there.
