Second stay at Kotzias and it was relaxing, peaceful and clean. Most probably we shall return next year for a third time. The liner in the pool needs some fixing which I presume will be done between seasons.

Arrived around 10pm after aprox 1/2 transfer from the airport.
We knew that reception would be closed but we had been emailed our room number and that the key would be in our apartment door.We had asked for air conditioning to be activated for the holiday duration but on arrival we didnt have a controller but having rang Evros the resort manager we where supplied with one that night.
The rooms are large and clean if a little dated and could do with renewing but everything worked .
The pool area is spacious and there are plenty of sunbeds. The pool has a rubber lining and has become unstuck on the bottom in places but again nothing to worry about.
The pool bar supplies drinks , breakfast and snacks throughout the day and are all very reasonable prices.
The beach is a short 5 minute walk down the road,it is a pebble beach so beach shoes are advisable.
There are plenty of restaurants to eat in and are all very good value some on the main road in the bay and some overlooking the sea.
There is one bar which has entertainment on over the weekend which is called ' The grape and grain' where you will be given a warm welcome.
You have the choice of 2 supermarkets the biggest on the main street and the other on the corner of the road leading down to the beach, near the roundabout.
It is a small resort so dont expect to drink into the late hours (12pm at the latest)
but very friendly and not too expensive considering it is a captive audience.
Go enjoy the food and relax.

Room tip: top floor think it was G3 newley modernized

This "apart-hotel" is horrifying and my experience was horrible. The photos I took in my apt say it all about how dirty and bad condition my apt was.
I had to wait one hour to check-in because the floor was flooded with water from the fridge, the apt had not even been checked before giving me the keys.

- my apt was really dirty
- the staff was very rude
- the Water Closet ceramic was broken
- a curtain was broken and falling from one side
- the bed cover had strains on it
- the fridge was very noisy expecially at night
- all the cupboards and their handles were very dirty
- in the toilet there was no soap, nor shampoo provided
- TV with only one channel in English
- I was asked 10€ to get the remote control of the air conditioning (three days)
- I was asked to pay even for a wake up call the day of the check-out
- The owner asked me to pay the room again at check-out while the room had already been paid at the booking.

Who rated this apart-hotel 3 stars? Instead of making money offering extra-services, the staff should clean and fix up the apts and be more  respectful when addressing to clients. This is no value for money, don't book this accomodation!

Pissouri is the best place in Cyprus to stay if you want relaxing and quite family holidays. Kotzias apartments were up to our expectations. Clean, with a common pool, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Clean towels every 4 days, daily cleaning of the apartment, nice lunch and cool beer available at the pool bar and helpful staff especially Mr Evros.

Stayed here for 7 nights! Accommodation was basic but we only really slept there! Evros is a very pleasant and helpful man. We hired a car though him. Staff are mainly pleasant! You do have to pay extra for aircon but that was fine. Pool area is very good. We saw no cockroaches and apartments were kept clean enough. Would definelty go back!
