Not quite what we expected after travelling for 2 days. The hotel rooms ar tired and drab, badly in need of an overhaul. We had a "suite" not quite matching the word! There was a double and a single room, more like a family room. The basin was in the hallway of the room. The bathroom also needed ripping out and replacing. The shower didnt! and you had to be quite short when sitting on the loo so as not to knee the side of the bath. The food was very basic and even the "Christmas Dinner" left a lot to be desired. The service very slow and food not that hot when it did arrive. The staff were pleasant and willing to help and the place was generally clean, but shan't bother Christmassing in Austria again, VERY VERY disappointing
