This is the first time we have used this hotel, we where on our visa run and was recommended buy island travel on koh tao, and it has lived up to all expectations, the rooms are fantastic, the whole hotel is clean and most of all the staff are friendly and very very helpful, we will be using this hotel each time we have our visa run, brilliant and helpful.

After long hours driving, we chose there to stay over and rest. This hotel looked new and modern, compared with other local hotels. The staff were sincere and helpful. We were arranged a room located in high level, but there was some foul smell outside the room. I found this hotel located near a market and I was facing those rubbish bins which were quite affecting us. The room was spacey and clean. The bed was big enough for 3 of us. We tried to go to the night market, but many of the stalls closed.
The breakfast was average. We didn't have much choice to choose. They should pay more attention on hygiene as many bugs and flys were flying around. We had to leave early so that we couldn't enjoy much on the facilities. But I noticed the pool was quite small indeed.
Very excellent the second time back here. This time we downgraded ourselves to standard room from pool villa room to see the difference. The standard rooms are excellent as well. A bit smaller, but decor and bathrooms are the same as the best rooms. Breakfast great as well. A winner.
Nice hotel in Chumphon. Friendly and helpfull staff. Nice swimming pool at inner yard. Big room with lot of light. Good breakfast. Parking place for motorbike/car with security.
A-Te is a hotel run by people who really knows how to run a hotel. There are only two hotels in this division in Chumpon; Novotel and A-Te. Two years ago we stayed at Novotel, and this time we chose A-Te, and we really have no complaints what so ever. Very professional staff, and there is a good coffee-shop and a really excellent thai restaurant right outside the door. Recommended!
Beautiful hotel with super-comfy rooms, funky furniture, blazing internet speed and great selection at breakfast. Incredible bathrooms and shower-heads as well. Perfect location for Chumphon - within walking distance of markets and cheap eats. We stayed two nights and next time it will be three. The poolside room was worth the extra cost. You will be happy you picked this one!
