The reviews by PietroSemplice and DumagueteCity6200 are biased and suspect to say the least. As it seems that the first named has a financial interest in a competitors restaurant his comments are trade biased and unethical. As far as DumagueteCity6200 is concerned, this is yet another alias to the many that you use to continue to spout your venom and promote your vendetta against the owner of this establishment. You would never, ever be turned back at the door. The guard at Casablanca keeps vendors away and keeps them moving on. He would NEVER allow them to access the outside dining area, let alone block the steps to the Deli. But you have had a personal gripe about this place ever since you tried to blacken the owners name by complaining about having to pay 20 peso for butter to go with the bread and salsa dip, which is complimentary. The moderator of the local forum (and I am not him) will often remove your comments because you use the forum to make personal attacks and are considered a troll. You get banned on one day and then re-appear the next day under a different alias. So, Cutie/Viper/Surfin' and any other name you choose to use, I hope the owner now takes a stand against you. Your taste in fine dining does not seem to extend beyond fast food and junk food, made all the more attractive to you by the endless free coffee before 10 a.m. I use Casablanca on an almost daily basis and have been invited to judge the food of the students graduating from DACA on numerous occassions. I have never had a bad or even questionable meal there, and if anyone finds anything wrong, Guenther is the most approachable of people to voice your concerns to..... and he WILL do something about it if you raise any concerns. Here's a clue. The mayor of Dumaguete owns Sans Rival restaurant, yet on an almost daily basis he and his entourage can be found at Casablanca. I know that Guenther would welcome any constructive criticism, but your opinions are not a critique, they are vitriolic in content and intended to be deliberately damaging by nature. Far more accurate reviews of Casablanca are available to be read, so the opinions of these two "reviewers" should be taken with a very large pinch of salt.
