We stayed there 3 nights as part of a package for Warbirds over Wanaka. The apartments were well equipped but the access is terrible. The carparking is terrible with exactly the number of spaces as there are apartments. Thats ok except the spaces are different sizes which makes it nearly impossible if you arrive and you have a large car and there is only a space left for a mini. We were given an apartment on the 3rd floor and as there is no lift, had to lug our gear up external steps. For us, in our mid 60's it was a mission and if it was raining we would have been drenched. The view from the lounge was a commercial area, looking into a gymnasium which when being used meant we felt we were in a goldfish bowl. The small ( but adequate ) deck and patio furniture were covered in dust which we needed to wash and dry before we could use them. The one staff member we saw was friendly enough.I would stay somewhere else the next time. Very disapointing.
