This is a great shortish walk and almost anyone can do it. It's quite a steep climb to start with but if you take it slow you are so knocked out by the views that you actually want to go higher. The view from the top is stunning and very worthwhile the hard work to get up there. There are benches along the way and at the top to catch your breath. I am not fit but I didn't struggle to do this walk and my 70+ in-laws did it so anyone can. I would recommend going down the way you you generally go up which is past the iron silhouette of the man and his dog as doing the loop is nice but you don't get the views on the way down, it's a little more difficult in places and it's much longer. Highly recommended.
