Passing by we decided lets take a look. 3 hours later we left. What a variety of old and interesting things. Would also be good venue if wet lovely big sheds to browse. Great for jolting the memory. Alot of work has gone into this venue and yes still alot to do but is really enjoyable.

This museum is the most eclectic and interesting museum for all ages we have ever had the pleasure to visit. The owner has amassed a huge, huge, huge collection of cars, trucks, tractors, earth moving equipment, fire engines, military transport, planes, bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, snowmobiles, irons, typewriters, singer sewing machines, toy trains, perhaps every Barbie ever made, massive Lego and Meccano collections, all (?) the Star Wars figures and artifacts, most of the Sylvanian familes, etc., etc., etc. If you, your parents or grandparents remember a toy from childhood, it's probably there. There is so much that even the collected cars, parked so close to each other that it must be done by a magician/valet, often contain more of the collection inside them. And everything is so incredibly clean! Who is dusting all this stuff?!!!! The collection is presently housed found in four large hangar type buildings but a project is under way to put it all in a purpose built multi-story building. Roughly 95% of the vehicles are drivable and the mechanic/restorer is on site and very happy to answer questions. The museum is packed to the rafters, literally, with things to wonder at, yet it doesn't feel claustrophobic. It's even got a specialty brewery on the site to enjoy a beer and a snack after your visit! A real gem!!!!!

I really only enjoyed the Toy part of the museum. The transport side was ok but a lot of cars were not restored or damaged. I preferred Southwards car museum for viewing of cars.

However the toys were awesome took me back to my youth. If you love toys visit this place.

This place is enormous! What an amazing collection. It needs some updating but the things inside have to be seen to be believed! The kids loved the pedal cars.

Couldn't believe anyone could collect so much stuff. A great place for the whole family. An incredible selection of old cars, some of which we had never seen before. The toys section is great as it makes you reminisce about the toys you had as a child , good fun. Well worth a visit.
