Make sure you have at least a couple of hours to view this amazing toy and transport museum. You will be transported back in time with many happy memories of your favorite toys and transportation. A very extensive collection well worth the viewing. There is 4 very large covered individual areas to view and many more vehicles outside, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Take your camera and enjoy the memorabilia.

“You'll need a day”

I came here to see the aircraft that were on display. But I was simply amazed at the sheer enormity of the collection. Almost like a hoarder with a bad case of OCD. Things from my childhood that I had long forgotten about were here on display, bringing back lots of wonderful memories.

“What a fantastic way to (Sus)spend a couple of hours”
Reviewed September 7, 2012

I really dont know who was more excited with this place my husband or the kids! It really is a step back in time to childhood for adults and as so many toys have been reborn the kids had as much fun as the parents, I could hear my husbands excitement across the space. You really don't know where to look first and could go around time and time again and see things you hadn't seen on the first pass. It is an eclectic and chaotic mix with surprises around every turn and that's just the first building housing the toys! . Lots of large transport in outlying hangers (this place is on the edge of the airport). So much fun to be had on the pedal cars, looks easier than what it is but still really good. The machine guns were so much fun I think we spent a good hour disposing of the enemy!!! A lego table in the cafe area was taken over by the adults reliving their childhood and making some very strange looking houses and cars. Suspend reality for a couple of hours and stepback to your childhood. This is a unique place and a highlight of our visit to Wanaka

This place is amazing with an incredible amount of all types of collectables from toys to tractors. The owner has been collecting all his life and has a huge range of cars, planes and machinery as well as entire sets of toys such a Star Wars and Barbie Dolls etc
You could spend hours in the place
