We were a family of 7 adults & 2 children travelling in two groups, arriving one night after the other. All the BMW cars had been confirmed to collect us on arrival at Nadi Airport.
On arrival the first night there was only 1 car for 2 adults and 2 children instead of 4 adults & 2 children. It was suggested we take a taxi at their expense. I had been forewarned about the road conditions and didn't want to take an old car. We eventually travelled with the 2 children on our laps (8yrs + 3yrs). On arrival at the Resort they only had a booking for 2 adults & 2 children. It was eventually sorted out and 1 couple were upgraded to a suite. As we have a Hilton Diamond card this is norm anyway! Apologies were made and we were assured the following group of 3 adults would be met the following night. Yes, they were...with 2 BMW cars!
We all went off to JM Cousteau the following day for a week. Then returned to The Hilton, now at different days in 3 groups...well, no BMW for the first group (the Hotel Manager blamed the Airline Info') and, Yes, once again 2 BMW cars for the group of 3. When we, being the last couple to arrive the car was waiting, the Driver was helpful and very pleasant. When we arrived at the resort, we were allocated a room at the far end and upstairs. Not the upgrade we were previously told we would have by the Manager (and as I said entitled to anyway.) We refused the room went back to reception and received our upgrade. We should all have had complimentary soft drinks and beers, only the party of 3 had theirs. When we received our bills, the were in the wrong names!
Yes, the Staff were pleasant, The amenities were family friendly and the breakfast was excellent. In the restaurant two of our group were served sparkling wine which was 'off' on two different nights, strange co-incidence. The food was pleasant.
The suite was well appointed but wasn't as clean as it should have been, in particular the Bath & toilet.
I would never go back as...Who needs the Hassles!? Poor show Hilton.

Lovely, friendly staff. Very helpful.
Only complaint is that the meals in the Nuku restaurant were expensive and not very good. However we ate in all the other resorts on the Island and have to say the same about them too.
We will certainly be back but will go self-catering next time.

My wife and I had two three-day stays at the Hilton Resort and Spa on either side of a week on a live-aboard dive boat in Fiji. The staff at the resort were super: they were efficient, extremely friendly and always had a smile. We were met at the Nadi airport upon arrival from the US (arranged by e-mail) and whisked away to the resort in a BMW station wagon. The resort also arranged all our other transportation needs in Fiji. Since our objective in our first stay was to get over jet-lag, we mostly just lazed around the resort, though we did take a tour of part of western Fiji. During our second stay, we got around Nadi more and did some serious shopping prior to our return home. We were also running low on clean clothes at that point, so the washer-dryer in our suite was most appreciated (as was the upgrade from a simple one-bedroom to a one-bedroom suite that came complete with its own [shared with the room nextdoor] swimming pool, where we could rinse our dive gear). During the second visit, my wife also spent an afternoon at the Spa and raved over their service. When we returned to the Nadi airport for our ultimate departure, and we were confronted with the stern-faced security people, my wife and I both remarked, "We're not at the Hilton anymore!"

A great place to take the children, less than twenty mins from airport. All amenities that you need the staff love children. Adults can swim in peace and laze by the pool. Activities galore all day. Apartments are spacious and modern. Suitable for Toddlers.
Only downside room rates should warrent ammenities in bathroom being replaced during stay.
Just take some mozzy repelent. They tend to come out at night!
Well worth the money and definately return
