“Great way to get to the resorts of the Yasawa Islands”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2014

We got the Yasawa Flyer Ferry to Nacula Island in February 2014. This was a 4 1/2 hour trip. We sat in the air conditioned lounge which was very comfortable. After talking to other people staying at our resort when travelling to the further islands I would pay the extra fare to upgrade to the captains lounge because drinks and snacks are included. In the general areas of the boat food and drinks are reasonably priced however- especially when you are only on the boat for a short period of time.

Booking was included with our Blue Lagoon Beach Resort reservation which made it a very easy process.

All in all- very easy way to get to the Yasawa Islands with some beautiful scenery along the way!

“Yasawa Flyer”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 9, 2014

Boat was OK but catering on return leg from Nacula Island was totally inadequate. Only chips, nuts & icecreams were available for a trip of 4.5 hours.

“Ferry boat to Yasawas”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 27, 2014

Great way to see the beautiful scenery on your way past the Yasawa islands. If travelling out to the furthest island; Nacula, as we did, you may wish to go one way by sea-plane as it takes a good 4.5 - 5 hours travel. Refreshments on board were a reasonable cost, however on return, we found they were not replenished, supplies had dwindled right down and there was nothing substantial to eat for the long 5 hour trip back to Denarau Wharf! Spotting dolphins was a treat as well as observing all the little school children who frequent the Yasawa Flyer. Otherwise, a well run operation.

“worked like clockwork & you got to see all the islands”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 23, 2014

We only stayed at 2 resorts on the islands. So we only used the flyer from on 2 occasions 1 of them on the 5 hours back to Nadi.... I have to say the transfers work like clockwork... the only downside is there is barely any shade on the ferry and on a very hot day it is a little unbearable especially when it is so busy...

“Go the captains lounge”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 15, 2014

Would highly recommend spluring on the captains lounge- if your going to the far north of the Yasawas, it's a fairly long trip- you'll be thankful for the unlimited booze, airconditioning and comfy seats. The scenery is stunning!
