Too many people, over priced snacks and dirty toilets.
Trip back after an amazing Blue Lagoon cruise, was awful.
Took for ever, next time would use an alternative.

Over-priced monopolistic.

I made booking months in advance with specific transfers, and paid long before using the service and yet still there was confusion on board as to my booking.

It's a boat - fine, it gets you where you need to go, but the price is ridiculous. So, if you were only going to one resort, I would spend the extra money and safe the time and go by SeaPlane.

Excellent and prompt service. A great way to visit the outer islands. We found our trip to Blue Lagoon Resort (4 hours) very relaxing and a delight to visit many other islands along the way. The staff were very helpful and organised. A very relaxing start to our island stay

We took the Yasawa Flyer out to and back from CoralView Resort (4 1/2 hours each way). From other reviews we thought it was worth the money to upgrade to Captains Lounge. We were very pleased we did. The seating is set out as cubicles in a sort of half round layout. They were quite comfortable.
The service from host/hostess each way was excellent. We had Ray going out and Luisa coming back - both very hospitable, friendly and helpful. We were served drinks and snacks both ways. The snacks consisted of potato chips, peanuts, slices of fruit and a pastry. Don't skip breakfast thinking you'll get enough on the boat. It is just snacks!
We opted for the Lounge as we felt 5 hours, (it states trip as 5 hours but was actually 4 1/2 hrs - same stop as Blue Lagoon), in direct sunlight would be too much. As it turned out we could've been outside as weather was overcast. However, we still felt lounge was worth it for comfortable seating and space.

What we hadn't considered was that we would be returning with new friends from the resort, and they weren't in the Captains Lounge. So, on the return spent quite a bit of time outside with them. However, our hostess Luisa was still kind enough to come out and check how we were and also bring us drinks from the lounge. We appreciated her going the extra mile for us. She also ensured nobody took our seats in the lounge in our absence.
The lounge was reasonably full both ways but we had our own cubicle so felt like we had our 'own space'.
Many thanks to the staff of the Flyer, particularly Ray and Luisa.
