It is rare you come across the attention to service that we experienced at this restaurant.
Tucked away at the Marina we sat outside (table of 7) and enjoyed an evening of laughter and a good level of interaction with the staff. They offered up menu suggestions without being pushy and even suggested we share mains to sample the many choices.
There was a trio of local Fijian singers on guitars who's mixed up the song list with local and international selections. Between each couple of songs it was 'Kava Time'.
We ate prawn coconut curry, duck curry, trout and the chicken and beef sizzling plate which everyone enjoyed. The servings were generous and arrived together which is a must.
The staff (including the chef) sang a birthday song to someone on our table which was a real buzz.
A great evening and highly recommend. We will return for another meal before we leave.
We caught the Westbus from Sheraton (70c Fijian one way) to the roundabout near the Marina and then walked about 200m to the Marina. Much better than the $8 return for the Bula bus. The Westbus stops at the Marina for the return journey to the hotel.
