My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend and were very happy with our choice. The apartment has a full kitchen with basic utensils/appliances, a small living room area, a nice bedroom with attached bathroom, and a balcony porch. Only the bedroom has AC, but with the windows open and the overhead fan going, we found the rest of the apartment stayed at a comfortable temperature. There are bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs for your use. The apartment has a great view of the water from the balcony, but definitely bring some mosquito repellant.
The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and respond quickly to e-mails/texts. They offer tours to El Yunque and the biobay, although we didn't partake this time around. They also have plenty of suggestions for other things to do in the area and great places to eat. The apartment is just a few minutes drive to Seven Seas beach.
If we take another trip to Fajardo, I would definitely rent with them again!

If you are looking for a local neighborhood vibe this is your spot. The private bio bay tour is a MUST! Las Vistas cafe for breakfast a MUST!
The condo was clean, super cold AC in bedroom, great breezes from all the windows. Hammock, and beach chairs were provided. Host was very knowledgeable and replied whenever I had a question no matter if it was important or not. :)
I thought that it would have been closer to the swimming beach, for instance you can walk to the water from the condo but it's a bay and it's slimy and fishy. There are beautiful beaches but they are like a mile or less drive.
Stayed here two nights great location for rainforest and bio bay. We left early hit up the rainforest ( beautiful hiking trails waterfalls etc). Then stopped at the kiosks in luquillo for dinner in the way back, checked out the beaches and bio bay.
