We went to Las Vistas for a late breakfast on our last day in Puerto Rico - a wonderful end to a great vacation. Gladys is a very gracious, charming hostess and her food is excellent. Everything is made from scratch including the hollandaise sauce on the Eggs Benedict and a mango jelly served with the arepas. We shared the fruit platter which was an assortment of tropical fruits from Gladys' garden or from elsewhere in Puerto Rico(the pineapple). Her basil lemonade is a must along with the delicious Puerto Rican coffee. The eggs Benedict and the omlet were excellent; be sure to order the arepas, too.
This is a place to sit, relax, eat delicious food and enjoy the spectacular vistas. We went around noon and did not need a reservation; if you go at an earlier hour, I would make a reservation - it is a small restaurant.
If you are staying at El Conquistador, you can walk from the marina through Las Croabas and up the hill - best to call for directions and it will be at least a 20minute walk.
