I was at this property with my friends for a day. The location is beautiful and so is the property. However, the service is poor. The lady at the counter spoke poor English and confused us about where our room is located. Took us 15 minutes to locate our room and we got late for out Biobay tour. For $188/day, they didn't even have a valet to drop our luggage at our room. Wifi is only in the common area. Room has outdated TV and furniture. The bed was however clean and comfortable. The staff is rude and didn't allow me to speak to the property manager for at least half an hour.

Room Tip: Ask for a valet to take care of your luggage and the way to reach your room.

This inn, or at least our room, was pretty plain. It was however very clean. Also, our luggage was delayed by Seaborne airlines (a very small company), and the front desk sold toothbrush and toothpaste to us for 6 dollars. Usually these things are complimentary.

We had to wait to get the ferry to Culebra and stayed here. Were tired and so the incredibly accomodating staff let us get into our room 2 hours early and we slept for like 12 hours without interruption, so it must be an incredibly quite motel. Unfortunately, we were not there to use the pool which looked very inviting. Nice place!

We stayed 5 nights at the Inn and found it to be quiet, comfy and good value. The mattress was great and we opened the louvered windows and didn't need air. My only problem was the balcony door which was metal with no glass and no screen door. There was a beautiful view so we kept propping the door open with a chair so we could enjoy the sea air and view. The Mexican restaurant had great margaritas and decent food. Upstairs restaurant was OK. We were not overly impressed with the cuisine of Puerto Rico, but were impressed with the friendliness of the locals.
One other important factor you will need a car here or a taxi to go to the beach but the propolis nice.
There are huge iguanas everywhere and they are interesting although we saw one climb to the the top of a tree and eat a bird.
They recycle here too!!

Room Tip: Be sure you ask for a window or balcony with a view, our window just overlooked an awning.

While a more generous towel distribution might be more helpful, I like this place. Yes, the restaurant seems like an afterthought and perhaps needs more marketing. Yes, the location isn't "desirable" per se within Fajardo. Thing is, once you are there, the pool(s), workout room, mini golf, tennis courts, parrot cage all provide great entertainment. Liked the staff a lot. Good place.

First this hotel can be hard to find, it's on the 195 before the fork in the road right before the ferry after the 987 light. You see a blue hotel sign on the left, pointing up the hill to up and you will see it. The hotel property is nice, during the weekdays it's great the population is sparse during the day. Decent homebase for exploring the east side of the island.

What to avoid, the restaurant. Our last night we walked in to the mexican place and in 25 minutes we didnt even get a menu. We got a sure you can sit over there, no drinks no nothing. The people behind us we asked how long they been there, they said 30 min, no drinks but they had menus. The incompetence level is unreal. I understand island time, I wanted to hang around and see really how long it was gonna take I was not in a hurry. Nobody in the place had food, and they were swamped with to go orders. Just speechless really, how anyone could run an operation like this is the push back.

A few other minor mishaps but the property has alot of positives and half of the employees really make an effort to make your stay pleasant. We got a good deal on the price, overall I was happy.

Room Tip: Make sure you have a car
