The only vendor selling food where the biobay lagoon tours launch. We enjoyed the meal immensely. Choose from chicken or pork kabobs, with rice and beans,grilled bread, and veggies. Adult and non alcoholic beverages available. Very reasonably priced. $3 per kabob, our family of four had 6 kabobs and the other fixings and soda for about $30.

I'm trusting that this review is for the skewer tent by the bio-luminescent bay kayaking location at Las Croabas.
Two portions of grilled BBQ chicken skewers and a cup of freshly made pina colada with rum for $12 - I did not see any better deal while I was in Puerto Rico. The chicken was piping hot and juicy, and properly cooked (not dry, not lukewarm). You get about 5 or 6 pieces of chicken, and a grilled slice of garlic bread.
The chicken can be ordered sweet (normal) or hot. The hot has a spiciness that I relate mostly to jalapenos. A gradual warm hotness. I like it, but I love hot food - my companion stuck with the non-spicy skewer and enjoyed it just as much as I enjoyed the spicy skewer.
Great price, great food, in a very casual setting. If you're still hungry, a nearby churro stand may be open - $2 a filled churro.
But watch out for mosquitos! I got major bites in a matter of minutes.

the pinchos are delicious! No matter where you go to get them! Wish I had one right now! We had some on our trip across to Vieques. They were making them as we stepped off the ferry

It is just a little tent and grill beside the ocean at Seven Seas Balneario, but the pinchos are awesome. Also, all it takes is a quick introduction and Christobal (one of the owners) is telling you about all the great hidden (usually free) things to do on the east end of the island. If you want great pinchos, new friends, and the best travel advice in Puerto Rico I recommend stopping by. I personally liked the mango and BBQ sauce mixed on the pollo (chicken) pinchos. Side note: Christobal is a former Marine and speaks excellent english, so very little "lost in translation".
