I had the opportunity to visit the restaurent Teatro in Hilton in the month of Ramadan and the iftar they surved had all the varieties with amazing taste and surplus serving, The place is just amazing when u see the hotel placed along the sea line. I had also been out moving around where the tents have been placed it has a different arabic feel to it giving you a soothing and relaxing experience. I must say its a must visit place.

A group of us went to the Teatro for a pricey Thanksgivihg dinner. But, hey! It's Thanksgiving, after all! The F&B manager did a great job of coordinating our meal. I felt we were off to a good start! However, the chef and the service let us down. The restaurant is attractive in a rather stylized way. No warmth in it's decor. Basically, it was Thanksgiving fare tacked on incidentally to a traditional weekend buffet with cooking stations, salads, desserts, et al. The ubiquitous smoked salmon was good as was the sushi, and lots of dishes were well presented, but we were there for turkey and stuffing and the trimmings and this was were the souffle fell flat. Either the chef didn't know how to present this icon, or didn't care. The turkey wasn't presented as a carvery station, which is usual, but was presented cold, ingloriously piled in random shreds. The gravy was tepid, and as thin and watery as the mashed potatoes.Duck a l'Orange was a nice addition, however, and yams were good, Service was sloppy. The two add-ons we requested - baked beef ham and corn on the cob - were only served to the table after most of us were finished. The entertainment - a pianist - was so loud it prevented table conversation. When we mentioned to the Maitre'd, he spoke to the pianist, who instead of adjusting his amplifiers, just got up and left, never to return. And the pumpkin pie, which anyone can make, was nonexistent. In it's place was a so-called pumpkin tart, which was unrecognizable, either by appearance or by taste. Return visit, doubtful, but certainly not for Thanksgiving or Christmas!
