You'd better get in directly to the back terrace, the looks inside may discourage you to stay, and you'd do wrong. The Menu del mare at 18 e. Including spaghetti with mussels (superb) and sea bram is something worth trying. Great value for money, I would not hesitate to come back for lunch any time. It's just one of those warm and family-run Italian restaurants with few tables and plenty of charm.
