While I did not have the opportunity to eat there, I can testify that this is a great place to have a few drinks in the afternoon. Centrally located, they have an open-air upper deck that is just the place to enjoy a drink or two with a bird's-eye view of the activity in the street. I also enjoyed the fact that the ambience was such that I was able to relax, study my Spanish, and even have a conversation without being distracted by too-loud music.
