I stayed at the Cool Spot (Grace's Place) for 10 nights and had an amazing time. Everybody who stayed there was laid back and just wanted to have a good time. Party place, yeah, but you could still go to bed when you felt like it. The cabanas are right on the beach and are really awesome. We had the biggest one which included our own private bathroom. The food at the restaurant was delicious and they use a tab system which is convenient since you don't have to carry cash on you at all times.
The only thing that I want to point out that if you use your credit card to settle your tab, make sure that they charge it in the right currency. My bill was around 200$ including room and quite a few meals. They gave me the price in Cordobas (4628 C$) but charged it in dollars. Only a 4428$ difference! I don't have to tell you that I was pretty pissed off when I tried using my card again and it was maxed out. Not too great when you are still in Central America. I don't prefer to use credit while backpacking, but there is no ATM on Little Corn, so make sure you bring enough cash with you or you'll have to waist an afternoon crossing back to Big Corn or use your credit card!
