We went there on April 7, 2012. Being a holiday, we expected that the place will be jam-packed. And it was!

We paid around Php175 for each person including the kids and senior citizens. Tables are free while cottages are offered for Php600.00 for those who will be bringing food with them (minimum of 9 people). Upon entering the waterpark, the guards would check the bags for food since bringing of food inside the park is not allowed except for those who paid for the cottage.

They have a pool for the kids, another for all ages - which was the main pool, a wave pool and one for the slides. The wave pool was operational around 2PM. When this was announced, almost all the people in the park went to the wave pool. Well, it was just like being in the beach with so many people except that the space is not that big to accomodate the crowd. When the waves have stopped, all the people left the pool. Haha. The slides that were operating during our stay was the blue and yellow in the morning and it was the yellow and orange in the afternoon after the lunch break. The main pool was okay. But we noticed that some of the pebbles used for the stairs to the pool were removed and were painful when stepped on.

We had lunch at their canteen. The food was okay and affordable so i guess it was okay that they do not allow foods to be entered in the park.

Great service and staff really helpful, beautiful resort and very quiet. No problems with security and windows fully bolted. Felt very safe with family and staff exceptional. Pool and amenties were great as well. I will definitely be returning.

I've been to Dagupan hundreds of times but this is the only time that I tried this resort hotel - thanks to TripAdvisor. They were having a 30% discount when I checked in so I got away with P1,400 for a nice room with bathtub. The place is conveniently 10 minutes away from the bustle of Dagupan City. It has a nice pool area and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They even helped me change a flat tire. The breakfast is not that great but there are places nearby where one can sample the local delicacies.

I am definitely coming back.

Room Tip: Be sure to double check if you locked your room properly.

We arrived very late from a road trip from Cauayan, way North of Dagupan. The Front desk called a service staff to get the non-smoking room we reserved ready while we were checking in. When we got to our room, all lights were on, the place was spanking clean, and the aircons were cooling down the room. What a relief to enter a nice cool room after such a long road trip. Speaks well of the service staff and Front Desk.
The hot water shower was most welcome. Shampoo and lotion was included in the amenities. After a good night's sleep, I ordered breakfast and walked around my assigned cabana. It was a pleasant walk to the 3 pools, a kiddie pool, a common pool, and a large wave pool that they operate only on weekends. Nice facilities for families with children.
I was there alone on business so I checked out the free wifi. It was okey and was able to send out some emails. The room service breakfast was warm and properly protected with shrinkwrap when delivered to the room. Coffee was still warm even though it was served in a cup instead of in a jug.
Overall experience was good and will recommend to friends with children looking for a well tended waterpark.

last october 1st we attended the annual pilgrimage in manaoag. the procession commenced at 6am from urdaneta and culminated with a mass at manaoag church at 11am. we decided to check in the night before at leisure coast. we had a pleasant stay at the "AAA" resort. the room was cozy, the food at the sabina restaurant is above par, and the staff were friendly and accomadating. unfortunately, we were not able to tour the place because of the on-slaught of typhoon "quiel". it is worthy to note that when we went to manaoag, we forgot to lock our cabana. when we came back later in the afternoon, it was quite a relief t find our belongings intact. the room we stayed at came with a complimentary breakfast. if you're the type who wants their food served instantly, better call in your order 15 min. earlier before going to the restaurant. needless to stay,, we look forward to coming back soon.

Room Tip: choose the rooms with complimentary breakfast. be sure to order in ahead of time.

If you want to get away and just relax, this is the place for you. We were there with our 11 and 13 year old and they didn't have much to do.The resort is very quite with an on-site cafe. Wi-fi is available in the resort main office and we found that we were able to get a signal in our cabana.

The resort provides two small bottles of water. It would be worth your while to purchase additional water and whatever snack you like outside of the resort because there seems to be nothing for purchase within the resort itself except for meals at the restaurant.

There is a modest waterpark with 2 main swimming areas. The park is open at 9 am but the slides open at 10 pm. Resort guest can use the swimming area after 5 pm without paying admission to the waterpark.

There are three banquet facilities which seem to be popular locations for wedding receptions and other celebration parties.

Staff were very helpful and polite and responded to my email inquiries.
