If you are planning to visit either Dagupan, Lingayen, Calasiao or even Manaoag, Pangasinan. Inn Asia may not be too far and would be a better choice to spend the night with. My family had our Visita Iglesia from Tarlac to Pangasinan and we find this place peaceful retiring place after the heat and travel. They have a very good wifi especially if your room is located in the 2nd floor left wing. Good and cold aircon, spacious room, cable, hot and cold shower, clean rooms, they offer meals too but was not able to taste the food due to tight schedule. If there is one thing that this hotel needs to be improved is their customer service. Although, hotel is still commendable as they don't require you to put in reservation just a simple call will do to reserve the room. You ought to try it.

Room Tip: Room on the 2nd floor left wing has a very good signal wifi and has good aircon too.

We were going to attend the Dagupan City Bangus Festival. Given that it's a 3-4 hour drive from our home in Bulacan (90 min north of Manila), we thought we should have a place to crash in Dagupan. A bunch of calls verified that most hotels with websites did not have any rooms available, so we asked for a few referrals and stumbled upon Inn Asia. They had the amenities we consider Needs: running hot/cold water, A/C, Cable, private-shared parking area; they also had amenities we consider more as Wants, such as: WiFi, Pool, Restaurant w/ Bar and function rooms.
The extras helped convince us that this place is more hotel and less motel. For those of you who aren't familiar with the "motel" scene in the Philippines, it usually consists of fairly well appointed rooms with a private garage for each room, vinyl covered beds and rates quoted in terms of 2-hour Quickie, 3-hour Short Time, and etc.
After pinpointing the hotel in Wikimapia, we got there with no problems. While check-in time is 12pm, we arrived at 1:30pm, and our rooms were just then being cleaned. The hotel is a U shaped, 3 story affair with about 30 rooms and no elevators - stairs only. There are 3 function rooms and a covered area attached to the pool as well as the restaurant / bar on the ground floor. All the ground floor rooms had been reserved for a local TV station's media group covering the festival.
The room we got had 3 single beds (P972/night), and after conferring among ourselves, we decided to just get 1 room and had a couple beds added. They charge very reasonable rates per extra bed (P150), per extra person (P100) and for extra beddings (P50). Of course the extra charges eventually add up to another room charge, but my wife preferred us all in one room, and we had a great time just crashing there.
Now, there were a lot of things to nitpick about, but since we weren't expecting much for the price, they were easy to tolerate.
We actually had dinner in the restaurant after the festival. The poor guy (only 1 on duty) had to take our orders, prepare our food and serve it. It took a while to serve but the prices were cheap (80-100 per dish) and the quality ok.

Pros:
WiFi was usable.
Hot Water didn't run out even after 7 people showered.
Cable TV was ok for the kids to get their fix just before sleeping.
Price was excellent! I spent more on Highway Toll Fees than the room that day.
Staff was ok, not great, but I've had much worse.

Cons:
A few ants (you can't really get away from them in the country)
No phone in the room
TV remote had no batteries (and the room key is taped onto the TV remote)
Location to City Center is not as close as other places (possibly why rooms were still available)
Extra beds are actually thin mattresses (typical 3-inch foam)
Slow restaurant service, and my home bar has more inventory than the restaurant bar does.

Room Tip: Get the 3 bed rooms on the wings.
