Really enjoyed our day excursion to the Blue Lagoon. Best way is to rent a bicycle and ride. There are stom stoping places along the way for a drink. Once you arrive make sure to go for a swim in the Lagoon and go on the rope swing. The Lagoon itself is pretty basic, but the adventure getting there makes the trip.

An amazing cave that you can explore independently but make sure you rent a torch or take your own with you. It is quite a climb up to the cave entrance but well worth it. The blue lagoon bit was a little disappointing as it was full of noisy europeans drinking and generally making fools of themselves.

We were really glad that we cycled out to this place one day. The lagoon is a fun place to be if you like jumping into the water from great heights or from rope swings. If not you can grab yourself a mat and just sit by the water and watch everyone having fun. There is somewhere to buy simple food and drinks and you could easily spend a full day there chilling out. The cave is also worth a visit but be warned that its a very steep climb to get there.
