It was great waking up to the views in our room and it was a definitely a great way to start your day. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests and they were courteous. Breakfast was acceptable but we had a late breakfast so almost the hot food were finished but they gladly replesnished it for us. This is a fairly new hotel and the location is central and walkable.

Best staff in Laos! They were so thoughtful to present us with a cake to help us celebrate our 10 year anniversary. 8 members of staff surprised us with knock at our door, a delicious cake and wished us a happy marriage. My husband had tears in his eyes. The room was fantastical. If you are classy and wealthy enough for this hotel, you'd be foolish to stay anywhere else.
The only thing our room was lacking is a big umbrella on the balcony. It was too hot to sit outside in the afternoon but a nice patio set with umbrella would make it perfect.

Kind and attentive staffs. They helped us find the best activities. Their English is OK.
Surrounded by good restaurants, massage parlors, bike rentals, convenience stores.
Room is clean. Air-conditioner is not strong enough, but OK

A number of us were staying here as we were attending a wedding and it’s a very good hotel and a lovely location on the river, staff and management make you feel very welcome and the rooms are very well equipped, there is a nice pool area with plenty of space to relax, good choice at breakfast and it’s very central.

My family and I stayed at this hotel as our son was getting married to a Laotian girl. Several members of the wedding party stayed here for about 4 nights. What a beautiful location overlooking the river with mountains in the background. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and the food was great and reasonably priced. The staff could not have been more friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone lucky enough to come to Vang Vieng.

Lovely hotel right on the river with amazing views,rooms are comfortable and breakfast is very good,the staff are very helpful with places to visit and where to eat,close to the centre of town so very easy walking everywhere in the evening
