Went there for a weekend, must say its a hidden gem. Entire team from manager to all staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and food was good too. If you want a weekend get away ..... its a must try.

The hotel has a great location in the centre of town with all rooms having a balcony and great views. The style of the hotel is modern - lots of polished concrete and pale wood. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but there is no work space (table/desk and chair). They come with large flat-screen TVs but no English language channels (at least in my room) and decent wifi. Bathrooms are also very good. The big letdown is the food. Pizza for dinner was very poor (better not to do European food if the chefs can't make it). Breakfast (American) was terrible. I would recommend a stay at the hotel but on a room only rate and have dinner elsewhere.

We stayed here for 2 nights and could not fault it. The building has a modern feel. The staff were very professional. A lot of the staff could speak English which was great to find. The position of the hotel right on the Nam Song river offers great views from all rooms.
