Great hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights and could not fault it. The building has a modern feel. The staff were very professional. A lot of the staff could speak English which was great to find. The position of the hotel right on the Nam Song river offers great views from all rooms.

We are glad you appreciated the view over the Nam Song river and the mountains as we made sure when building our hotel that every room would have an unspoilt view ! Fantastic

An amazing hotel- exceptionally well designed modern building which has incorporated the view of the river and surrounding mountains incredibly well. The staff are fantastic and cannot be faulted. They are friendly, helpful and highly efficient. Food really reasonable in comparison to local restaurants and excellent. Would just like a wider choice for breakfast (e.g. more yoghurts, cheese and bread selection).
Stayed here for four days and enjoyed every minute. Even though it rained a lot, the view from the restaurant, pool, balcony and reception lounge was always breathtaking. I would happily come back! Thank you!

Amazing view

Stayed here on my last night in VV.

Amazing view from the room in the morning. Everything is clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Great location close to the main street and pubs. Can't say enough times how beautiful the view from the window is throughout the day. Wonderful hotel.

Tasteful hotel by the river with stunning views

Tastefully designed hotel engineered so each room has a view of the gorgeous limestone mountains across the river. Ideally situated by the best local restaurants - the food at the hotel is very good too.

We are so glad to see you are satisfied with our property it is true that our hotel is located in the heart of town so it is considered as easy access our hotel is surrounded by green high mountain, sporty river, and so on, all of these views are overlooking from the room directly.

Our restaurant is called Nam Song as well as our bar where the guests can enjoy their food and drink for whole day long our food is legendary unique taste well-known across nation wide. Great Property with Poor Breakfast

We stayed two days in the Premium Rooms on the 6th Floor with over 40 Sq Meter of well furnished suite with the most amazing view. It is also centrally located right next to two walking streets and plenty of restaurants all around.
On account of the property alone, it should be a full five stars. The reception was also helpful and friendly but the real let down is the callous kitchen staff and a poor breakfast experience which let me dropped its rating!
We arrived rather late at about 9 a.m. and the food were all gone! whatever scraps were left were cold and grotty looking. The photo attached will show how unappetizing they were. The kitchen staff were all just standing and chatting with no sign of the manager for the two mornings were were there.
The poor breakfast and callous service you get in the kitchen is a complete contrast to the nice property and spoiled the otherwise good stay.
By the way, it is also very noisy with full blast of music at night across the street till well after 1 a.m.
