I was part of a group of 9 that stayed for a week here in March 2014. I really can't think of any negatives for this hotel, especially when you consider you're in a 3rd world country. The room was clean, roomy, and quite comfortable. Nice mosquito netted king bed, TV, desk, screened patio door to the deck that overlooks the brand new pool. My room had the strangest little bathtub/shower, and though I never bothered to wait for warm water to arrive, the others did tell me it eventually turned up.
The pool is a great feature, huge, deep and beautifully clean water - not quite what you'd expect in Masaka, and was a great way to finish a hot and dusty day.
We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner each day,and found the food plentiful and they had a good variety of dishes, from fish, chicken, spaghetti dishes, to Indian to local cuisine & everything in between. The slow service was made up for by the friendliest staff you could wish for.
All in all a very nice place to stay.
