Nearly everything was perfect about this hotel. The rooms were huge and updated. There was a desk, table and couch, in addition to two queen beds. The people who worked the front desk were helpful and patient and knowledgable about the area. Cute coffee house on premises. Large updated bathrooms. Close proximity to Zion(.5 miles). The one issue I had was with the air conditioning. The coolest our room got during the day was 76 degrees. The ac units looked old to me. I would love to give it five stars, but ac is very important to me.

We stayed at the Desert Pearl Inn for a family wedding. The staff was very accomodating in bokkings for all family members. They reconfirmed our reservation a few weeks before to make sure all the details were addressed. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The air condtioning was excellent. ( we had 98 degree weather) Check in was a breeze. Not one of those half day experiences! And staff was helpful and happy! We had a suite overlooking the river. There was more than adequate deck furniture. We were able to have 6-10 people visit. We had a full open kitchen The beds were very comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms. The MASTER Bathroom and closet area is huge! Two sinks, huge tub and shower. Very first class. I think this was a good value for the money. Other family members had rooms on the first floor. These opened out to a deck and the expansive lawn that runs along the river. You can see the Red rock montains from our room. We would definitely stayed here again.

Room Tip: Request a room along the river. Upper floor if you like a deck and a bit more privacy. Ground floor...

The Desert Pearl Inn is a gem to return to after a day of arduous hiking in Zion National Park. Rooms are spacious and modern, with high-octane showers, lovely bathrooms, and terraces overlooking the pool and mountains. Springdale is a charming city with some funky restaurants--although we had to get used to Utah being a dry state! It's less than a mile outside the park border and very easy to leave your car and take the tram to each hiking spot. After a day of negotiating Angel's Landing or the Narrows, it's perfect to chill at the poolside/hot tub and admire the stunning sunset.

Room Tip: Second floor for best views.

My husband & I stayed three nights and I wish we would have stayed longer! I fell in love with Zion National Park and the town of Springdale is so charming. This quiet hotel was perfect and truly complemented our stay. Our room was poolside and the view was breathtaking. The hot tub felt great after hiking all day. We had everything we could need in our room (microwave, refrigerator, DVD player, etc). From the moment we checked in, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The free town shuttle is directly outside the hotel and Zion National Park is less than a mile down the road.

We recently stayed at the Desert Pearl Inn for three nights as part of a week long road trip. We choose this resort based on the reviews from trip advisor and once again we were very pleased that we did. Upon arrival to the hotel, we received a quick run down of not only the Inn but of the town as well, they gave us a map of the resort and recommended some places to eat locally. We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in room 409 which is a River view room, on the bottom floor The room itself was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a jump off point into Zion National Park. The room had one King bed and a pull out sofa bed. We were worried that the pull out would not be comfortable as they are usually not the best things to sleep on, but both of my boys (12 and 9) said the bed was super comfortable for them and they slept great.

The pool was awesome and the kids swam in it every night, was big enough to accommodate a lot of people without being on top of one another. Over all our experience with the Desert Pearl Inn was very positive and we would not hesitate to recommend this Inn to others and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Room Tip: The river rooms were very nice, Did not see the top floor rooms but based on other reviews would lik...

We have stayed at the Desert Pearl three times and I have absolutely NO complaints or unmet wishes. The Desert Pearl has thought of everything! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet with a breathtaking view. Our room faced the river and the porch provided the perfect place to begin and end each day. The natural decor is so relaxing. The kitchen has all the basic needs. The laundry mat is very clean and soap/dryer sheet vending machines were stocked. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I accidentally left a bag behind. When I called about it, they already had it at the front desk and quickly mailed it to my home! It arrived with everything intact. This is by far my favorite hotel. I can't wait until our next visit.

Rooms here were very spacious with a nice kitchenette. Best part for us was the area outside the toilet is a double sink/closet area that was big enough to put our son's pack-n-play so he was essentially is another room from us.
Was not a fan of the temperature control here. Our room seemed to get very hot during the day and very cold overnight.
