“Awesome - relaxing - restful”
Reviewed June 20, 2013

We stayed in the suite for 3 nights. It worth the extra $$ for a private patio, a personal jetted tub, a sitting room and a bedroom and two bathrooms!! This Inn is across from a local grocery store, that also has food - very good food!! The breakfasts were out of this world - something different every day - great mix of hot and cold foods - so imaginative! We loved that they set up our table and knocked on the door - hubby could just roll out of bed and get to the table. We were very centrally located and only took our car one night for dinner as we were unsure how walking back in the dark would be - otherwise we walked or took the local shuttle. We hit the Springdale/Zion Farmers market on our way out of town, so got some great local foods to take home.

Room Tip: We loved the suite since we were staying for 3 nights and planned to relax and rest, as well as take...

What a wonderful surprise RRI was. The cottage rooms are immaculate, pleasantly decorated, and in a great location for getting to Zion Nat'l Park. You are close to anything that you might want or need, restaurants, shopping, grocery store and the shuttle to the park.
Karen is an awesome innkeeper. Not only does she make a breakfast that you can't believe and delivers in in a basket to your door daily, but if you want, she helps you plan your hikes, outings, and has the best suggestions for restaurants. There was a hike that we weren't going to do, but she gave us more information about it, we went, and we loved it. THe best hike of the trip!
So, if you are headed to Springdale, Zion area, don't stay anywhere but the Red Rock Inn.

Room Tip: There are only a few cottages, they all looked great to me

We highly recommend the Red Rock Inn. It is located with easy walks to restaurants, shops, and the shuttle. A very friendly atmosphere - Karen and John go out of their way to assist with travel information, recommendations, and to make your stay pleasurable. Excellent breakfast! Rooms are "cottage style" and clean and well maintained. George K

Our stay at Red Rock Inn Bed and Breakfast Cottages was memorable. Karen and John made us all feel so welcome. Karen took a sincere interest and pleasure in helping us choose our hikes. Her gourmet breakfasts, delivered to our patio each morning in a picnic basket, were incredible. What a great chef she is! The rooms at the Inn are meticulous and comfortable. I highly recommend the Red Rock Inn Bed and Breakfast Cottages.

After undergoing an unexpected medical procedure in Las Vegas, I was told to get some R&R. A family recommended I ride down to this property. It was perfect. Karen took great care of my wife and I. The breakfast was wonderful. My favorite was the "fruit infused" french toast. It was a treat after 3 days of hospital food!!!
Very laid back. We took Karen's advice on restaurants and attractions. Can't wait to go back when I am able to hike through the park.

We recently returned from our trip from Zion, Bryce and Capitol Reef National Park. We were pleasantly surprised by this B&B .The property is set up with 5 cottages and we stayed in cottage #2 for two nights. The room was very clean and roomy & the bed very comfortable. The view from our front terrace was AMAZING!!!!! It was delightful having our individual gourmet breakfast in a " basket" each morning from Karen complete with linens for our table. Karen & John made us feel right at home and were very informative about things to do once in the Zion Park itself and restaurants we might want to try locally in the area. I am so glad we took a guided tour of Zion and walk the Narrows.. it was just beautiful. If you are going to visit Zion you don't want to miss this place... Would stay there in a heartbeat!!!!!!! Thanks Karen & John....

Room Tip: try Oscar's for something to eat in the evening. Walk the : Narrows" in Zion .

Red Rock Inn, Zion & Bryce Canyon a perfect trio for a truly wonderful vacation. Karen & John dedication to making everyone feel special was evident in every part of the inn. The property & rooms were meticulously kept and the breakfasts are "TO DIE FOR". Karen's help planning our adventures, made each day fantastic. I would find in hard to believe that a better place to stay in Springdale exists.
