We had our last meal of our vacation in Zion at Café Soleil, and we're so glad we did. The service was very friendly, the food was prepared quickly, and their iced latté was splendid.

The downsides:
-Their parking lot on the right hand side is extremely small and very difficult to back out of, although I think there's a bigger lot on the left hand side that you can use.
-Outside seating is rather limited (I think there was one bench and four small tables with chairs), so if you want to be outdoors to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding canyons with your coffee and food, you might want to go during off-peak meal times.

Overall, it was decent food, great coffee, and incredible views.

The hotel staff recomended Cafe Soleil for lunch and for getting sandwiches packed for hiking the next day. What a great place! It's a cute, funky, little coffee shop/cafe. The menu is great for breakfast or lunch with house-made baked goods and fantastic sandwiches. There are also salads, wraps, and more that I can't remember. Choices range from standard to gourmet. Full selection of coffee beverages. My only wish? A fountain Diet Coke, but you can't have everything and they have a fridge full of bottled drinks if you are not ordering from the barista. We hit the cafe for lunch, tried several wraps and sandwiches and they were all great. A standout was the portabello sandwich. The next morning we were in at 6am before our big Subway hike. I had a chai latte and a big muffin while they made and wrapped all our sandwiches to go in the packs. About 6 hours later I was lounging in the Subway Canyon eating my Cafe Soleil turkey-cranberry-blue cheese on a ciabatta roll....and I know it has something to do with the hike and the beautiful surroundings as well....but I swear to God it was the best sandwich of my entire life.

We were a little scared to eat anywhere is Springdale due to the $$$$$ of a tourist town. Thanks to reviews on here and Yelp, we tried it.

We ordered the Turkey Bacon Panini and the Pepperoni pizza, with intentions of splitting them both between us.

Sandwich: FULL of turkey, 1/2" maybe? Lots of red onion, 2 slices of bacon, and some tomatoes. GREAT FRESH Ciabatta bread. Couldn't be better!

Pizza: was a nice change from what I was expecting. Crispy crust, nice sauce with fresh tomatoes. Just enough pepperoni and cheese. NOT greasy!

Would highly recommend and would go back if we were staying here longer!!!

Oh, and was just under $20 for the 2 items, we both just had water from the cooler. Reasonable for a tourist town!! :)

What a fantastic little café for grabbing a quick meal. We were looking for a good sandwich for dinner - no time for a sit-down meal. What a great choice at café Soleil. We both had roast turkey cranberry Panini with blue cheese. Incredible.

Staff was unfriendly..no smiles with attitude. Felt like I was an unwelcome annoying tourist to them. Food was average and VERY overpriced $18 for a soup and panini.
