Taste was great, a nice location especially if u are heading down from the national park and desperate for some refreshment. A little costy considering the sizes, but understandable.

We stopped here after watching the sunrise at Zion for cappuccinos and an apple crisp muffin. It was quite busy for 7 a.m. Coffee and muffin were good. Unfortunately a group of eight from an adjacent motel who didn't know the concept of inside voices and who dragged, not picked up and carried, tables and chairs across the stone floor so they could sit together made the atmosphere more like that of a sports bar during a championship football game. Judging from the looks on others' faces, we were not the only ones disturbed by the group. Unfortunately managers and employees of establishments are reluctant to ask patron to tone down their rowdiness, even early in the morning.

We decided to try Cafe Soleil one evening when we just wanted a light meal. It totally hit the mark - fresh and delicious salads and wraps. The only negative is that they wouldn't take orders after 6pm and closed at 7pm. More of a lunch place, I guess. But well worth a visit.

On site at the Cliffrose in Zion. Good sandwiches, good coffee, very convenient. Do not hesitate to stop here!
