This is a nice little stop just before getting into Zion. It's nothing fancy but your basic needs will be met. They offer coffee, sandwiches, soup, eggs (only scrambled) and whole grain breads.

The prices are reasonable and the service was quick.

“Fast service, tasty food, a little pricey”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 12, 2013

Had the BLT sandwich, which was excellent, although a little bit small for the $10 price tag. Service was rather quick, even though it looked like a large group had ordered just before I arrived. Staff was courteous, but not overly friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant, with several tables, very comfortable space.

“Cafe Soleil, A Great Find In Tiny Springdale, Utah”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 10, 2013

This place was a great stop for a sandwich and latte on a cold, rainy, miserable January day. We had just driven down the switchback mountain road in Zion National Park and decided to seek out a neat little place in Springdale. There is was on the edge of town and what a treat. Small dining area, cheerful and prompt service and great food. We had one of the best lattes ever, which rivaled any coffee shops in the big cities. Our portobello mushroom, mozzarella cheese and sun dried tomato panini was to die for. If there is any minor issue, it is the small parking area which is hard to get into and extremely hard to exit. BUT, we feel this establishment is a solid five star all around. If we are ever back in the Springdale / Zion area you can bet we will again visit Cafe Soleil. WHAT A TREAT!

“Worth a visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 7, 2013

This place is really convenient to have breakfast or lunch - unfortunately, it was not open in the evening. You order at the counter and take a seat either in a booth at the inside of the restaurant or outside in the sun. The waitress, who was really friendly and quick, brings the food within a few minutes. The menu is inventive and you might find something for everyone's taste. We ordered gyros which was a great choice, absolutely tasty and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to people who appreciate homemade and healthy food in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic food, just had a California BLT Panini. So yummy! The guy in the next booth just mentioned that it was the best BBQ Pizza he ever had.
The only thing that I didn't like is the size of a booth. You have to squeeze in a bit if you are tall, but other than that: great atmosphere!
