We went here on our hotels recommendation and were not disappointed. Loved the outdoor dining, Great food, Great prices. We had a nice afternoon sitting on the patio enjoying the amazing scenery. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A recent visit to Springdale/Zion took us back to Cafe Soleil again - we love this place. We had 3 more visits on this trip. We were last there in 2009 - and they have doubled the size of the cafe which was a plus - still cozy, but the outdoor seating is a plus and parking seemed to be more accessible. We still love the selections and the prices - large enough portions to share. Even the toasted bagel ($2.00) came presented on a plate with an orange slice, grapes, and a half a strawberry - toppings of your choice on the side. The only comment that was not favorable was the coffee - definitely a different taste that grows on you.
When we return to Springdale, we'll be back...

Best granola with tons of chopped fresh fruit and berries. My husband hand son each had a breakfast burrito which they enjoyed but they were really too large for one person-great to share.

Just had coffee here twice during our stay-they had quite an array of beverages and breakfast and lunch food-I would definitely try it out!

We stopped here on our trip in April 2011 and I had the best Cafe Mocha, so I was happy to get to go back in September 2011. Again, the coffee was delicious and the place is so cute! The food is fresh and delicious.
