Two couples, three entrees, a couple of appetizers and a so so dining experience. What could improve it? The Thai Coco chicken specialty had good flavors and could have been much better without properly cooked chicken. Over cooked chicken is the bane of many otherwise good dishes. When it gets leathery.......nuff said. Pad Thai had a similar problem - good flavors but the noodles were overcooked and pasty/sticky and that's a shame. Nice service, clean restaurant but leaves a little room for improvements that should be easy enough if they want to please palates that know good Asian food. Spring rolls were crisp, fresh and the bright spot in an otherwise somewhat dull offering.

Convenient place for dinner with the free shuttle bus dropping you off just about at their front door. The place looks beautiful inside and the menu covers Indian, Thai, Japanese and Chinese dishes.

The Samosas were very good as were the Shrimp Green Curry and the Thai Coco, which was chicken in a coconut and lemon grass sauce.

The reason for 3 stars; we were dining with another couple and half the group was almost finished before the other was even served. Our spice level was fine but unlike other Thai restaurants, you cannot ask for the level to be adjusted more to your liking.

So with 2 beers before tip the bill came to around $62.

Not a good beginning, middle, and end: It took us more time than usual to be seated, to be served, and to receive the check.

Weird Service: They took away our plates saying that because we ordered entrees we won’t need them. Never had I ever encountered that in a restaurant before. Nice servers though.

Now the food:
We ordered 4 dishes that came out to be 90 dollars! The curry and thai coco were extremely watered down, and can be consumed like a soup. Food portions were small too. It barely filled my party of several people up after a long hike at Zion. We asked for meat in our food, including duck. We got like 4-5 pieces of meat. And like 3 pieces of duck. In exchange, they charged us an extra ~12 dollars! That’s like 4 dollars per small bite of duck that is not even fresh.

Overall high price and not so great food. Once in a lifetime visit.

The Tom Khaa Soup was awesome and the tempura was excellent. We did not expect to find such a great Thai restaurant in Springdale. The staff was exceptionally good!

Wanted some Asian food after a long day hiking in the Narrows. Restaurant is kept clean. very friendly staff and good quality of food. Price is very reasonable. It is definitely an excellent choice in Zion.
