This place was recommended by a friend who had spent some time in Springdale. It's not much to look at, but the food was pretty decent and service was quick and friendly. It's right outside the Zion park entrance, so it's an easy place to stop off at after a tough day of hiking.

You'd never think that a tiny little place in an old gas station could be this good. Great, creative entrees, fun and funky atmosphere, tables where you can sit outside with the towering walls of Zion in the near distance...it's really a unique experience. I had the spaghetti squash enchiladas, yeah they sound weird but taste great. I will eat at this place every single time I pass through Springdale.

We didn't realize that many places were shut on Sunday for lunch. We walked from the middle of Springdale towards the park thinking we'd find somewhere but Blondies was closed as was Flanifans. The food was good, pricing reasonable, service friendly. The only thing was that they didn't have any Mexican-style hot sauce to serve with (!!). He did find us some Sriracha rooster sauce but no Tapatillo and no Cholula. Aargh! That's just wrong. We had the SW salad - very good he out mahi mahi in instead of the usual options. Fries with a burrito is a little weird but that's the kid option and they were good too.

This might sound a bit off-putting. Who would think of having a great culinary experience in an old gas station?!

But the food was unique and great. Not your typical burgers and shakes place but a real foodie stop!

Had the fish tacos and spaghetti squash enchilada, both were outstanding! Another must do while in Zion!
