“A breath of fresh air! What a gem!”

Delicious sandwiches, great salad bar! Clean and cute cafe, not your average sandwich shop. Has character. Loved this place just outside the park. A bit pricey but worth it. Perfect after a day of hiking. RECOMMEND!

“fresh salad bar and overpriced buffalo burgers”
Reviewed June 23, 2011

Salad bar is fresh with lots of options but it's $8.99 per pound. I don't like having to pile everything on my plate and then weighting it. I'd rather just pay one set price and be able to get a little at a time. My brother got the buffalo burger. It was small and for $2 less you might as well just order the regular burger. Nothing special.
What we liked best was the gift shop. We found a bunch of polygamy novelties there. They have T-shirts, hats, keychains, beer glasses, etc. Hilarious logo!!

“Great place for food and gifts!”
Reviewed April 1, 2011

My husband and I were just in Springdale for the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. What fun! We stopped in for lunch and a little shopping at the Sol Foods located near the park entrance. The setting was great and the food terrific! We then browsed next door at the market and we picked up a couple of gifts and camping gear that we needed. We found the store to be organized, clean with a friendly and helpful staff. We will be back!

“Convenient grocery store”
Reviewed September 14, 2010

We purchased our water, soft drinks and hiking snacks at Sol Foods. We also tried the pre-made sandwiches. The sandwiches were very good and fresh. I must agree with previous reviewers regarding the prices at Sol Foods. We bought a box of Cheerios and paid $6. Even though everything was quite pricey, the store was very busy both times we shopped there. The store was convenient for us and we really didn't want to drive to Hurricane to shop just to save a few bucks.
