We arrived at 6:30 & I think were lucky to catch a lull in the line. You order & then your food is delivered to your table. We saw staff of 3, the gentleman at the register (and often filling beer orders), the gentleman delivering food & a bus boy - they were all hustling & working hard. We placed our order quickly & found a table, ten minutes later the line had quadrupled & the seating was filled.
We each had a garden salad $4.99, ample size, basic but good (we could have shared one, not huge but large) & shared a European pizza. The pizza was delicious, one of the best I've had. The crust was between a thin & a deep dish. We also ordered a flight of beer & followed up with a glass each of our favorite after waiting for the line to be reasonable. Total meal with drinks $45 & put a tip in the tip jar at the counter.
The restaurant is very casual, comfortable with character. The area we sat was partially enclosed with heaters & open windows, warm enough. I kept my light jacket on as I was next to a space open to the outside.
We will to return to try the pasta.
