Really enjoyed our meal here after a recommendation from a local canyoneering guide ( Eric of Red Desert Adventures) Great rib eye! Is now the favourite Springdale restaurant of our teenage (highly carnivorous) sons.

I've been here before, but the visit was unmemorable until I saw the parking lot. The food still remained UN memorable. We had beet salad, sweet potato tamales, and a chili dish. It was pretty unmemorable, but definitely fuel after hiking the narrows. Our waitress was really lovely, but let's just say you can have an equally tasty dinner at the cheaper Mexican joint down the street. I can't believe I'm saying that, but it's true. This place is an institution here and it's not keeping up with its reputation.

Good food- We had the sweet potato tamales, burritos and tacos. The portions were big and we did not have to wait very long for the food. This place offered some options for someone on a gluten free diet restrictions. Had some fancy drinks but we opted for the beer which was good.

This oasis of savor was a surprise in Springdale, with a breezy, shady outdoor patio next to a green park, tremendous food (the pork tamales and spicy stew were crazy delicious), a great wait staff, and a laid back sort of upscale Western vibe. Described as the place "the locals go" by our hotel concierge, it certainly wasn't touristy. Indeed, one table of tourists saw the menu and bolted because (they said) they wanted burgers and beer. Highly recommend. A meal to remember.

Very nice welcome, although the place was very crowded when we arrived (8pm).
Food was good (we tested the ribs and chile verde) although a bit long to come (30 minutes after ordering).
Prices are reasonable so it seems a good way to spend diner in springdale.

Thank Christophe I
