This hotel was clean, quaint, with amazing views. The pool was nice bonus. The location is good as it is the first stop on the shuttle to the park. The staff was friendly and nice. There is a new restaurant that just opened with great dinner. The breakfast needs a bit of work so you may want to try elsewhere.

A group of girlfriends stayed at Majestic View the first week of August. We were amazed by the beautiful view of Zion National Park. The Lodge is cozy, homey and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. The beds in our rooms were comfortable and everyone got a good night's sleep. The town shuttle that connects with Zion is conveniently located across the street. The hotel has a small kidney shaped pool and a large, eclectic gift shop with locally made crafts. Overall we loved the hotel. The only drawback to our room was a loud air conditioner but it was not a significant problem. Lodge guests may want to note that the adjoining steakhouse has just changed hands and they seemed to be ironing out some issues with the menu. Although the steak Cerveza entree was terrific at dinner, some of the side dishes were drenched in butter and cream based sauces, and we were told the sauce "could not be removed" from the vegetables. The breakfast buffet contained stale waffle sticks and was mostly cold. I would have given 5 stars for our experience, except for the steakhouse, breakfast in particular. We would definitely stay again at this hotel, however, due to comfortable and beautiful rooms and the friendly welcoming staff. We would likely choose to eat breakfast elsewhere in the future.

We loved the Majestic view lodge. The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were good and the AC kept the room very cool. The views are gorgeous. All rooms are non-smoking and ours had a small refrigerator. The rooms were very soundproof with a nice bathroom. They even give you towels to use for the pool! It is at the end of the shuttle run which is nice in the morning because you get onto an empty bus and do not have to fight for seats. We did not eat at the restaurant but took the shuttle into town to Oscars for dinner. It is a wonderful choice to stay at when visiting Zion.

Nice rustic furniture in the room. Very comfortable king bed, with lots of pillows. Ok TV and channels. Great room with view on second floor corner near the pool. Good shower and linen. Air conditioning worked well, but had to shut it down for a few hours to let it reset. Stayed 4 nights and well worth it for the price. Wifi worked only the first night. Otherwise it woked in the lobby. Dinner was quite good for the money with nice views. Went for breakfast the next day and the restaurant was closed changing management for the rest of the time we were there, so we had no more meals in the Hotel, but there are plenty of other good restaurants nearby. Hotel has a very nice gift store, staff was friendly, good ice machine. Pool and hot tub looked nice, but we did not use. Plenty of parking. Close to everything, but not in walking distance. A great Hotel, at a great price.

The view at majestic lodge was just that majestic. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire length of our stay 5 days. We originally booked the hotel for 3 days, but liked it so much we were able to add an additional 2 days. we ate at the resturant every day and the food and service were great there also. I can't say enough good about majestic lodge and the great staff. We hope to return again in the near future..

My husband and I stayed at the Majestic View on our 25th Anniversary trip and LOVED it! We loved the western decor of the rooms and the views from our room. I rate this the best place to stay near Zion and our favorite spot of the whole vacation. Wish we could go back!

Probably the nicest looking hotel in Springdale and perhaps the newest, but the room was relatively small and amenities were average, given the price. Air conditioner ran all night but couldn't get the room cool, plus kept making a popping sound waking us up throughout the night. Neat animal museum on site that the kids can enjoy. Pool is convenient and clean. If there was an elevator to the second floor, I couldn't find it which was a pain when carrying the family's luggage up and down a flight of stairs.
