My husband & I just returned from staying at the Majestic View Lodge Christmas evening. The rooms have rustic handmade furniture, with copper lamps & pictures; very spacious & clean. Fridge & coffeemaker are provided. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! We had dinner at the restaurant, which was very good; if you stay at the lodge, you get 10% off in the restaurant and gift shop.
The gift shop is very nicely laid out; and the wildlife museum is something to see: no charge to go through it. In the winter many of the shops are closed in Springdale--but Zion National Park is open year round, and just a 5 minute drive from Majestic Lodge.
The staff in both the lodge & restaurant were friendly & helpful, we would stay here again.

A family owned facility that is really nice for the cost. Okay, it is not a 5 star motel, but it is clean, cozy and a great value. The furniture is dated, but we liked it. It fit the area (Zion National Park). Our interest is in cleanliness. And it was clean. The bedding was clean and the mattresses wrapped for sanity. Felt like quality mattresses as we slept wonderfully. We didn't get a balcony, but for less than $60, in a resort area, it was great.

They have a nice restaurant on site. If you stay in the motel, you get 50% off the meals. Really good food and service, too.

The guy checking us in had a good, dry sense of humor. I think he was one of the owners. Anyway, this is a good value. I would stay again and I highly recommend it.

Room Tip: A clean, good value motel.

What makes Majestic View Lodge worth the stay is the magnificent views......period. The lodge itself is nice and very appropriate to the landscape. After viewing pictures that have been posted, some rooms are better than others for sure. Our room was better than ok. The bathroom was completely stark but clean. Would we stay here again? Maybe. It was a little more expensive than some of the other hotel-motel-lodges. The reason we chose Majestic was for the rustic design that fits so well with the beautiful landscape. The best feature of Majestic is the balcony of course.

Room Tip: The corner room was nice because of the extra window.

This place is amazing, in all aspects. Rooms - spacious and comfortable, with balconies, furnished with style, small swimming pool, agreable restaurant. The view is simply amazing! And it is a great placce for a sunset. National Park shuttle stops in front of the Lodge, so Zion with all the attraction is easy accessible.
In the hotel they have wildlife museum with bears and deers - interesting to see.
Definitely, we would love to stay there again.

We chose this hotel on the spur of the moment and were so glad that we had. What a beautiful location. Our room's balcony had an unobstructed view of the Virgin River and the mountains surrounding Springdale. Gorgeous Sunsets and sunrises. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and also spacious. We would stay here again in a heart beat. And free shuttle service straight to the park or just into town. Also good walking paths right through town.

Our family (hubby plus 2 sons) stayed here in April while visiting Zion for 4 days. The park is spectacular!!! The hotel is outside the town of Springdale proper by a few miles so you can't walk out to dinner which was really the only negative.
Our room was clean and spacious and the restaurant they served breakfast in had amazing views. Pool area was a big plus for the kids at the end of long hiking days.

The hotel is right on the bus route for the park so every morning we just crossed the street and hopped onto the bus --they come frequently--and headed to the park. If you're in decent shape hike Observation Point, it's unbelievable and was a highlight of our trip to Utah.
