Overall stay is fantastic. Very well maintained property. The decks are awesome places to hang out with friends/family. Would be perfect if quality of breakfast is improved. Would definitely stay again when visiting Zion National Park.

This is a new and nicely designed property. As a Hampton Inn hotel, it comes with some nice amenities such as nicely appointed room and bathroom furniture, comfortable bedding and fresh and crisp bed sheets. However, the rooms are not very sound-proofed and you can readily hear your neighbors in the adjacent rooms as well as an assortment of other strange noises, which did not make for a restful night's sleep. Plus, the free breakfast that was served on that day did not look very appetizing and the buffet area was a complete mess; so we decided to eat our meal somewhere else.

Valued Guest,

Thank you for taking the time in indentifying our strengths and areas we can improve. I am pleased that you found our property to be 'new and nicely designed property” along with "nice amenities such as nicely appointed room and bathroom furniture, comfortable bedding and fresh and crisp bed sheets".

I do apologize that you did not get the restful night sleep that you were expecting. I will personally look into the strange noises that you identified. I also apologize that the breakfast buffet presentation was below expectations. As the GM, I obviously have opportunity to teach about the presentation of breakfast items.

Please be assured that what you encountered is not the norm. Our goal is not only to meet but exceed all of our valued guest’s expectations. I hope that when you are in our area in the future, that you will allow us the opportunity to redeem ourselves. I personally invite you to contact me prior so I can make sure to be available upon your arrival to both greet and thank you in person for helping us identify how we can improve.

Thank you again for your time and the valuable information you passed on to me.

Spent our anniversary at this beautiful hotel. The night manager was more than kind and helpful when we checked in. We were the only ones in the large hot tub, situated by the roaring fireplace on a cold, Christmas night. The fitness center is well equipped and the huge, hot breakfast in the morning, with Zion's National Park framed in the large windows made our night away perfect. Be sure to catch a meal at Oscars cafe in Springdale. The food in huge and amazing!!

My wife and I journeyed from Las Vegas to Flagstaff (Grand Canyon Visit) up to Springdale, UT to visit Zion National Park. Our stay at Zion was at the Hampton Inn which my wife chose thru tripadvisor. EXCELLENT CHOICE. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the views from the hotel were awsome. The included breakfast buffet was just a perfect finish to the stay. You are within minutes of the park, a perfect start and finishing point. The only thing I wish they had would be an indoor pool and hot tub vice outdoor set up. Our next trip here will definetly have us booked here.

Travelling with a friend around southern Utah's amazing parks and closed the trip with a second visit to Zion. This time we stayed at the Hampton Inn, in Springdale. The hotel is spectacular, featuring photographs from a talented local artist, the breakfast/sitting room is two stories high and with a wall of windows is sited perfectly to enjoy views of the nearby red cliffs. The beds are perfect, bathroom was good, and the balcony/deck at the end of the hallway with comfortable chairs and heaters overlooking the mountains a rare treat.

The staff is what tops all of the amenities and facilities though, they are friendly and helpful, gave us great advice about restaurants and trails that were open in the snow. Hot, fresh chocolate chip cookies were taken out when we got back from the local Light Show Parade, and breakfast was better than most hotel buffets. When I go back to Zion I will most definitely choose them again - great value, great people, great accommodations.

Room Tip: We had a second floor room with views of the mountain; but the best views are from the common areas...

My husband and I went to Zion to celebrate our 24th anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, our room was beautiful, the bathroom was amazing!! I told my husband I wanted our bathroom to look like that! The people were very nice, the breakfast was great and the space to eat breakfast was wonderful! Wish we were staying longer and cant wait to go back!

The original hotel I wanted near Zion was full, and they recommended this new hotel just two minutes' drive from the back gate of Zion National Park.

I could live here!!!!

The views from every direction are incredible (it feels like you a living in the park itself). The two connecting double queen rooms we had were large, with comfortable beds, and beautifully-appointed spacious granite-countered bathrooms.

The second floor has a roofed balcony with sofas and chairs for lounging. And the huge breakfast area overlooks the pool and the mountains.

The large pool and fireplace were enjoyed by all--for some large families, it was not their first time here. There were two grills for cooking--and you can choose to eat in the glassed-in breakfast room. The buffet breakfasts were fabulous--and different every day.

We enjoyed ourselves so much we added and extra night here. The tiny but artsy town of Springdale has quite a few restaurants as well as a small market and gas stations. There are lovely shops and wonderful art galleries. Truly a perfect treasure!
