I have stayed with Liz and Larry on numerous occasions now since moving to the States five years ago. Every time has been great - but time I was in Springdale to get married (within Zion National Park)

I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Springdale for this very special day

My wife and I stayed here while passing through Springdale. We reserved The Master. What an incredible room it is! It's huge and very luxurious. It has everything, including a double jacuzzi tub, a steam shower, and a large walk-in closet. It even has its own wine cooler. It's not cheap, but it was worth it to us because we'd been on the road for days and had stayed in some pretty mediocre places.

Zion Canyon B&B is a rare find. Only 3 minutes from the entrance to the Park, you enter a kind of mini Paradise. The rooms are modern, very comfortable, and tastefully furnished. They even have flat screen tvs! Rooms have huge balconies with spectacular views of the mountains in Zion National Park. Beautiful gardens and large, welcoming public spaces complete the physical picture.
But even more wonderful was the human dimension of the stay. Guest are made to feel like friends. When you return for a hike, homemade cookies await you. The breakfasts are the most delicious ever and very elegantly presented. We didn't want to leave!!

This B & B was easily among the best we've stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot!). Well situated to visit Zion park, we felt at home in 5 seconds. We quickly got used to returning from day of hiking to sample the yummy homemade cookies while we enjoyed the great views of mountains on deck outside our rooms. Liz, Larry and Mychael were ready with helpful suggestions, and sent us off with wonderful breakfasts. We were sorry to leave!

This B&B was one of many B&Bs and hotels we visited for our honeymoon in October, so we really got to stay in a lot of different places, even 5* hotels. I can honestly say that Zion Canyon ranked in the top 3 places we stayed on our trip - we can only wish we had more than one night there. The B&B is about 0.7 miles from the Zion National Park entrance which is walking distance, and it's a short walk to the centre of Springdale so is a perfect location.

The Master suite is unbelievable - absolutely huge and incredibly luxurious - with so many little details. The bathroom was spotless and also huge with a wonderful jetted bathtub and steam shower. Even had our own patio at the back of the room and a view out on to the rocks of the Canyon. The only thing about the room is that it's on the ground floor, right next to the dining area and lounge area, so you can hear people talking in that area (particularly when people arrive to check in) - but it's only a small B&B so this really wasn't a problem - just something to be aware of.

Hospitality was great, and the breakfast was wonderful - catering very well for gluten intolerance. We would definitely be back here to stay again if only it was closer.

You simply cannot find a better B&B than Zion Canyon B&B. The moment you walk through the door, innkeepers Liz, Larry and Mychal make you feel at home. They have brought the warmth and richness of the Southwest landscape inside, and matched it with the warmth and richness of their hospitality. From the magnificent breakfast to planning assistance, the service is unparalleled. Liz directed us to a seldom visited area of the park to view the changing colors of the aspen, a sight we would have missed without her assistance. Even prearranged special requests are readily accommodated when possible.

When arriving for breakfast, you are greeted by a personal pot of French press coffee, fresh orange juice and breathtaking views through their "Magic Window". Visible from the breakfast table, the window offers views of the surrounding rock formations being lit by the morning sun. Larry's Everything Omelette and Mychal's Grape "Thingy" provide sufficient fuel for even the most strenuous hike through the canyon. Breakfast choices are happily adjusted for dietary restrictions or preferences.

After a long day of exploring the canyon and surrounding area, the Master Suite is a welcome retreat to relax and recover. Wash away the aches and pains of the day's activities in the luxurious marble shower or soak in the large jacuzzi tub. If there is a chill in the air, warm up with the elegant three way fireplace. The King size bed was quite comfortable and provided the needed rest for our activities.

We used the B&B as our base to explore several areas. It is only a 2.5 hour drive from Las Vegas to Springdale. In addition to Zion Canyon, it is only another 2.5 hour drive to the Grand Canyon North Rim or 2 hour drive to Bryce Canyon. These are easy day trips which allow for viewing overlooks and some light hiking. Since the elevation at Zion Canyon is much lower than Grand Canyon North Rim or Bryce Canyon, the weather is mild well into winter which allows visits into Zion when access to the other canyons is not possible. Restaurants and shops are abundant in Springdale so dinner options are ample. We highly recommend a visit to the area and a stay at the Zion Canyon B&B.
