We enjoyed our stay here, the facilities were nice, there was easy access to the park, and the breakfast was yummy. Unfortunately, we didn't find the owners to be very warm and one was even pretty rude on multiple occasions. It's doubtful we'd stay here again or recommend this place to others. If you are just looking for a nice room and good breakfast, it's probably okay.

What a way to get away from the bustle of Vegas. Our only regret was not staying 2 nights. Hosts were welcoming, informative and full of recommendations for treks, walks and visits in the gorge and in town. Breakfast was luxury. I would suggest many visitors either come back or recommend this gem to others.

My husband and I stayed in the master room for 2 nights. We loved it here. Not only is the location unbeatable, it is a beautiful property and well-run B&B. The place was very nicely decorated and kept, as well as impeccably clean. We were greeted by Mychael who was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The master suite is a large room with a king bed, very comfortable. The bathroom is also large, with a double sink, shower, and jacuzzi tub. There is a private porch overlooking the garden as well. The breakfast (we had 2 different meals) were amazing and indulgent, and plenty of food to fuel our long hikes. Overall a great place and I highly recommend staying here!

Room Tip: I have heard some of the rooms are smallish--the master is huge with a porch overlooking the garden.

This bed and breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in the room called The Master...wow!!! We looked right out the window to the mountains. The enormous room and bath were amazingly decorated. We were treated warmly and had a wonderful full breakfast. The shuttle to Zion National Park was a very short walk. Highly recommended!!

We were lucky enough to stay here for four nights. We had originally only booked for two but Liz managed to fit us in. This meant that we got to stay in three of their four rooms. Angels landing is very nice and comfortable. The Narrows is a larger room with a balcony. We also stayed in the Master room which was unbelievable. It has a king sized bed, steam shower, jacuzzi, patio, massage chair, fireplace, walk in closet, you name it and it was in there. Not to mention the spectacular views over the mountains. The who place was immaculate and the breakfasts were outstanding, with everything homemade and mostly from their own garden. We were in walking distance of restaurants and only two minutes away from Zion National Park. If you are thinking of visiting Zion, you must stay here.

This was where my wife and I honeymooned, and it was awesome! They really live up to their reviews! We stayed in the Master Bedroom, and it was decorated so nice and interesting. We felt so stinkin pampered! The steam shower was really great, especially for relaxing, along with everything else in the room. Their service was exceptional! One of the days of our stay, wife and I had to leave early in the morning to go on a canyoneering trip, and they still made a big, nice breakfast for us. I definitely recommend this place for any romantic getaway!

Room Tip: Master Bedroom, all the way, for any romantic adventure!

My family stayed here for 2 nights and we were glad we did. The hosts were very helpful and also respected your privacy. They make certain you leave completely full before you leave the table for a full day of hiking---this is easy to do because the breakfast both days was outstanding. My family and I watched dozens of shooting stars---and the Milky Way as well!!---- from our balcony. The balcony is perfect for early morning coffee(they make GREAT coffee)or an early evening beer. Their recommendations for dinner were perfect and they were kind enough to encourage us to explore their entire property---which led to my son wading in the river with an outstanding surrounding view---great father/son time. This place was perfect for my family and I would highly recommend it to anyone. As to the lack of sitting areas---this was not a problem whatsoever! Trust me, there are plenty of great places to sit and absorb the scenery/ambiance at this gem.
