The views of the huge mountains in all directions are spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. Bumbleberry Inn is one of the fast-disappearing independent inns, with friendly staff and a "family" feel, which is only enhanced by the little petting zoo. I thought the prices (in March) were reasonable, esp. with microfridge. Breakfast isn't included; there are at least 3 cafes in a five minute walk. Clean and bright.

Room Tip: There are views in both directions--think about whether you want sunrise or sunset most. I believe rooms with whirlpool bath-tub are all on second level.

Thank you David H for your review of our property. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, including the view of the mountains in all directions and the friendly and "family" feel of our property. We indeed are a family-run business; here in Zion for the last 45 years. I'm glad to say we now include a full breakfast, served at Wildcat Willies, with the reservation. We hope to see you again, should you visit Zion in the future.

Stopped by for a single night back in March after a drive from Las Vegas. We planned to spend 2 days in Zion Park and this place suited the bill perfectly.

Large comfortable room, widescreen TV and pretty central to the centre of Springdale with dining and drink options a short walk across the green.

Booked thru booking.com for what I condiered a great price of £46 for the night ish once the exchange rates were taken into account.

Lots of parking right outside the rooms, great views on all sides.

Would be happy to return and reccomend.

Room Tip: Upper rooms have a great view from thre Balcony's

This is not a 3.5 star property. I chose this place based on TripAdvisor rating and comments. I needed a place for a couple nights waiting for availability at our first choice for lodging. Front desk people were very nice. The lobby seemed relatively new and inviting but was not representative of the rooms. We had a second floor room with a balcony facing the mountains. Great view but they were resurfacing the parking lot so the balcony was useless and we couldn't keep the window open. The room we were in was very out dated, needed paint and general updating. The carpet looked and just felt old and dirty. The bed was a little firm for me but clean. The linens in the bathroom were thin and very worn. Pool was still closed. 10% discount at Wildcat Willies not much of a bargain given all the other places in town to eat. All that said it is also not an inexpensive/cheap place to stay. With all the excellent places to stay in Springdale, I do not believe The Bumbleberry Inn deserves the 3.5 star rating. We couldn't wait to get out of there and were very happy when we got to our first choice.

Room Tip: If you still decide to stay here, rooms in the back with a balcony at least gives you a view of the mountains.

Our last stay on our visit to the five National Parks in southern Utah, was at the Bumbleberry Inn In Springdale, Ut. One of the reviews I read on Trip Advisor prior to our trip, suggested asking for a room facing Watchman Mountain. I asked for that, plus again asking for a downstairs room, and received an e-mail saying that we were booked facing the mountain and downstairs. When we got there, our room was nothing like that, but a young woman who had just been working there for a week, worked hard on getting us settled in to what we were promised. We not only got a beautiful room facing Watchman mountain on the first floor, with a microwave and refrigerator, but when we checked out we got a nice discount on the room because of the 'problems'. You go in to the motel through a central corridor, but then when you get in your room, you can open the patio doors leading to the outside where your car is parked. There was a pond with ducks, and another enclosure with goats & ponies, all of which were used to being fed....great entertainment for children and adults alike. It was an altogether lovely stay, and I would highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Just ask to face Watchman Mountain and you will be happy.

Stayed 3 nights while visiting Zion & Bryce. Location is excellent in the heart of Springdale close to restaurants & the free shuttle stop to the park is right on the curb. Staff is friendly & accomodating if you have requests or problems. Rooms are clean with all the amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, TV, dvd player. Nice views. A really good value for travelers. The single queen bed rooms are on the smaller side so suggest you pay a little more for double and ask for 2nd floor.

Room Tip: Best are second floor double queen or larger with balcony. All views are great
