I would not recommend this hotel. It is alongside an RV Park and the hotel itself is set up in a weird way. We booked the King mountain view room and had a view of the RV Park and parking lot with the mountain in the background. The paito was a cement slab outside the room next to the parking lot. The room was satisfactory, a two star rating in my opinion. The free breakfast was in the little mexican snack shop next door. Standard items for a motel of this caliber. There are better places to stay in town and I would check those out first.

We stayed here for one night recently. I wouldn't call it a hotel - its an inn with a section for RVs. Completely recommend Zion national park and a night at least in Zion. However, this hotel we were happy to leave behind. Reception staff were not friendly, you have to climb the stairs with luggage, no assistance provided. We asked and booked for a King bed but got two queens. Room seemed old and stale. We paid more for our nights accommodation in this hotel than we did for a far better hotel the night before in Williams. There seemed some lovely accommodations in Zion so have a check around. I recommend the Spotted Dog Restaurant across from the Quality Inn - the food was fantastic as was the view and service.

we went over easter and couldn't find another hotel, but were totally
satisfied with it!

we stayed here one night while visiting zion nationalpark. the location is convenient and the hotel clean and affordable.

the free breakfast was just ok. not much variety, but at least something in the morning!

This was our 4th trip to Zion and our first time at the Quality Inn. Check-in staff was courteous and efficient. At the playground, our kids enjoyed the swings and play equipment. There was a nice courtyard area in the front where my son enjoyed playing. They had a convenient little market that met our needs.

The rooms were adequate and clean (though plainly furnished). We stayed in building B in one of their larger rooms (suite). Room had 2 beds w/ pull out sofa bed and a small kitchen. Having a fridge and microwave was very convenient. Our kids enjoyed the little ledge in the kitchen for playing "store". Wasn't that noisy and we had privicy. Was worth our money! Would come back to Quality Inn again!

I had read the reviews posted here prior to our trip and was somewhat nervous. When we arrived I was expecting the worst. We had reserved two rooms and from the reviews were prepared to be disappointed. What a great time we had. The rooms were clean, the grounds were well maintained. Great showers!!

We were well received by the staff, I am certain it was the owners that we saw the most. No one was rude to us at all, in fact the conversations were very pleasant and not forced. From discussing the menu, appetizers, and prices at the Spotted Dog Cafe to recommending a restaurant for the next night, we (all four in our party) were made to feel at home.

The breakfast area was small but we never lacked for a seat. I could see in the busy time of the year that this would be a concern, but hey, a for a free breakfast in an area that seats 20 or so people, I wouldn't complain too much.

The busy season had not started yet so they were remodeling the lobby area and the pool wasn't open. An advantage of having the RV park behind the Hotel is the Grocery Store in the Hotel building itself, an Ice Cream bar is great when you don't have to look for a store in an unfamiliar town.

I have stayed at two hotels in Springdale, and for the price/benefit value, put the quality Inn ahead of the other. Will definetely stay here again.
