Flanigan's Villas
Reviewed August 4, 2010

I've stayed at Flanigan's Villas for a number of years now, and hope to be able to keep returning every summer. Zion National Park is one of the most beautiful places in the USA, and Springdale is the best town to base yourself while you're visiting.

The location of Flanigan's Villas is perfect: only a few hundred yards from the entrance to the National Park's main canyon, and away from the bustle of the main Springdale tourist activity. The Watchman peak is virtually in the back garden, and provides a magnificent backdrop.

I have just spent another week in Villa One, and it's a fantastic self-catering accommodation that has all of the home comforts with an added extra sense of luxury. It's always spotlessly clean, and the decor is modern, tasteful and understated.

Julie is an excellent host, and provides many special personal touches to prove that every visit from her guests is appreciated. She is always easy to contact and eager to help. This year was the first time we have had any maintenance trouble (a small electrical problem in the Villa), which she had fixed within a couple of hours of calling her to let her know - despite the fact that the problem occurred on a weekend.

The Villa and the grounds are perfect: deer, woodpeckers and hummingbirds often pass through the garden, and the cool terrace under the shade of the almond tree is the best place to pass a lazy morning or evening.

I always feel lucky when I stay at the Villa, and this visit (for a week at the end of July) was just as brilliant as my previous holidays here.

We recently stayed at the 1-bedroom property called Flanigan's Villas.
If you are looking for a really "UPSCALE" residence for your stay in beautiful
Zion National Park, look no further than this rental property.
It is truly the ONLY 'UPSCALE" place in town. What you get is a one-
bedroom house that is centrally located & impeccably furnished
with gorgeous, serene grounds & views of the towering cliffs from your
backyard.
As the internet pix show, you also get a baby grand piano, an antique
kitchen stove (that works beautifully), cable TV & your own private parking
space.
This one-of-a-kind quiet peaceful setting cannot be matched anywhere else
in town.
We have already booked it for another week for next year.
This rental property is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the "UPSCALE" Zion Park
visitor.

The VILLA we stayed in is as beautiful as any home could be. The ambiance was such a surprise: the furniture, artwork, flooring, full kitchen, bathroom with jacuzzi, laundry room, free internet accessibility, entertainment center with big screen TV and music system, all made for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

There is a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to the red rock mountains of Zion. And also a large yard and patio complete with a barbecue.

The Villa is a gem. It is an incredible stay!

One of the best lodgings we have ever had! Feels like being a guest in someone's beautifully appointed home - original art, live indoor plants, even a baby grand piano. Exceedingly comfortable. An absolute joy to be able to return to this lovely spot after exploring the incredible Zion Park and surroundings.

We stayed in Villa Two. My husband, son, daughter-in-law and grandson. The villa is very nicely furnished, comfy beds, clean, plenty of towels, dishwasher, a gas grill, washer and dryer, good parking - absolutely everything you could possibly need. It is located across the street from the Inn - easy walk to the local grocery market or to the downtown shops and restaurants. It is just outside the entrance to Zion. The owner, Julie, checked in on us while we were there to be sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Everyone at the Inn was very helpful. The grounds of the Inn are exactly as depicted on the website. We had NO complaints and absolutely will go back! Be sure to go in to town to the Bumbleberry Gift Shop and get a Bumbleberry Pie for desert. I think it cost about $12.00 - but it was worth it!

When we entered Villa 1, we kept saying WOW, WOW, can you believe we are staying here. The Villa is beautifully furnished and the attention to detail makes one feel very special. The outdoor area was lovely even in winter. I spoke to Julie, the owner, in making reservations and found her to be very gracious. Our stay in Villa 1 made our visit to Zion National Park a very memorable occasion. We look forward to returning, knowing that Flanigan's Villa 1 is the only place to stay!!

We have had the pleasure of visiting Flanigan’s Villas since 2006 and always look forward to our next visit. Springdale is such a beautiful town, and Flanigan’s Villas are the ideal accommodations for enjoying the panoramic views of Zion. From day one, Julie has been the consummate hostess. The Villas are absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. Julie’s attention to detail is unsurpassed, and she has thought of every comfort from the fire/ice fireplace, fountain in the Zen garden, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor dining, books, games – you name it and Julie has thought of it!!! For the ultimate in luxury, relaxation and hospitality, Flanigan’s Villas are our favorite destination.
