Kieran, meet us and welcomed us warmly.
We were upgraded to a king room at no extra charge.
Nice and quite - almost felt like home - except home is not as plush
Fantastic location - central to everything - park your car and no need to start it again until you leave.
The park shuttle is very handy.

Room Tip: Its is a B&B but be aware that they do not serve breakfast - you get a voucher for one of the lo...

We spent 3 days at the Novel House B& B 3/30-4/1/12. It was a fabulous alternative to a regular hotel. There are 10 rooms, each themed utilizing a different author for furnishings. We stayed in the Louis L'Amour room, obviously furnished with a western theme, antiques, and king sized bed. The peaks of Zion National Park form a breathtaking backdrop for the patio, hot tub, and outdoor areas. Lemonade and different cookies are available each afternoon. Breakfast vouchers are provided for two local restaurants (Wildcat Willies or Oscars). There is a huge library of books to choose from and you can sit by the fire or outside. The inn keepers are friendly and the location is quiet and away from the bustle of the main drag. Zion Shuttle is available at the end of the block. A perfect place to stay if you want some peace and quiet after a day of hiking and exploring the Zion area. We will certainly go back here again!

Room Tip: upstairs room is quieter and better view. While body lotion, shower gel, soap, makeup remover towel...

We stayed two days each time we visited Zion National Park. The Bed & Breakfast is nestled into Zion and offers shopping and outdoor activities. The bus runs regularly to and from Zion and is totally accessible. The manager is kind and personable. Afternoon tea is served and breakfast is provided at a neighboring restaurant. Lovely.

Room Tip: As a Bed & Breakfast, choose your author and stay in that room. The breakfast meals are spectac...

Loved the homey atmosphere and the rooms are lovely. The manager went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed such as calling to make sure a restaurant was open when we got home really late in the evening from canyoneering. We stayed in the Bronte room which was great for my big tall husband with its king sized bed. Loved having tea an cookies each night and the location in town can't be beat for easy access to all the businesses in town and Zion NP. Vouchers are given out for a hardy breakfast in two restaurants close by in town. Excellent food and service in both places, Wildcat Willies and Oscars. This worked very well for our party as we had to get out early each morning to complete our activities in the park.

We enjoyed the two nights that we stayed in the Jane Austen room during our visit to Zion. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our host was friendly and very helpful in providing suggestions for dinner. He runs the Inn extremely well.

Breakfast was done a little differently than at a traditional B and B. We were given vouchers for restaurants nearby rather than having breakfast at the inn. It worked out well as it allows guests to be flexible about the time they eat. They are also given a large choice in what they can have. We thought the breakfasts at Wildcat Willies were great!

I stayed here while I was visiting Zion National Park. This inn is located in Springdale which is right outside of the park. It's also located near many good restaurants and shops. The inn was beautiful and my room was just lovely, very comfortable and very clean. The manager of the inn was very friendly and very helpful. I would stay at this place anytime in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

We just finished a 22 day vacation, and we enjoyed this place more than any other. Springdale is the place to stay to visit Zion, and the Novel House was a great choice. We stayed for three nights (in my opinion, you don't really get to appreciate a B&B if you only stay one night). Room was large and quiet (Tolstoy room). Owner was very friendly and helpful. Location was great! (side street so it was quiet, easy walking to a shuttle stop and restaurants, including Wildcat Willies). They serve lemonade and cookies in the afternoon, and also have a small frig for guests (we used it for a chilled bottle of white wine). Before heading out to dinner, we would it on the patio with a glass of wine, looking at the mountains and chatting with another couple, comparing travel experiences. Rather than serving breakfast, they provide a voucher for breakfast at restaurants within easy walking distance. I thought this was great, although my husband thought it took away a bit from the B&B experience. Would definitely stay here again.
