“Authentic Mexican”

Really good authentic Mexican food. Quality was excellent. Kids enjoyed the quesadillas and fajitas. Cold beer and good service.

“Terrible Experience”
Reviewed July 25, 2013 via mobile

We weren't greeted when we walked in. Finally I went up to an employee and asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves. She didn't speak English but pointed to a table. They give 3 salsas. Two were way to hot to try a second bite. Ordered steak fajitas. The steak looked good in their advertisement but they served us the smallest scraps of chopped up grizzle. The side of chicken breast for my son was not enough to fill a taco and very dry. The service was ridiculous. I think a family member came out of the kitchen to take care of us..... or not take care of us. The girl who was serving those on the patio looked like she was running around like crazy. Maybe she was the only server. We weren't given silverware so we waited for someone to bring us some after our food was sitting in front of us for a few. I had to get up to find napkins. Just stay away from this place. Yuk.

“Can eat safely here gluten free/coeliac”
Reviewed July 22, 2013 via mobile

Had a nice meal here last night. Had to be quite forceful to find out what was ok gluten free wise. Do not eat the corn chips given as a free starter one waiter said they were ok but the other said no, they were fries in same fryers as glutenous stuff.

In the end I had corn fajitas with the steak. Waiter said that was the definate safe option as meat not pre marinaded. No ill effects and reasonable price.

“Bad service - ok food”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

Great salsa for the chips. But I was disappointed with the food and the service was horrible. It took 10 minutes to get a seat - and the place was only 1/2 full.

“Excellent Food!”
Reviewed July 19, 2013

We visited Amigos after driving through Zion National Park. There was outdoor seating available. The staff was friendly and attentive. The chips with 3 choices of sals were just what we needed. The hubs ordered taquitos and a margarita. I ordered 2 tacos. They didn't skimp on the meat and everything tasted excellent. We left feeling stuffed.
