We ate here one evening. They were very busy despite it being Sunday night. We had a 30 minute wait and that was judged correctly. I hate to be told 30 minutes and have to wait over an hour. Our server seemed to be working the bar as well as tables but despite being pushed she was very efficient.
The food and wine were excellent and I deliberately ordered a full rack of ribs in order to box half of them.
Ambience was OK but with the staff under so much pressure they don’t have time for the niceties which isn’t fulfilling for them or the customers.
